Until a few days ago, my only problem has been my bouncing finger as I am trying to make words. This is because it is hard to have a steady hand at a slow run. A couple days ago I noticed an issue that reset my highest score and levels to 0. That sucked. So, I thought I would contact them to see if they could fix the issue. Julie got back with me right away and gave me specific instructions to get it fixed. It worked! Thanks Julie for the outstanding support! This is the first game I played when I got my iPad 3 many years ago and it is the one I play the most! The game feeds me very easy words to choose, but prevents me from creating more complex words by removing most vowels and doubling up on hard-to-use consonants. Is it just me? This game assigns points and a limited number of moves to use up any letters appearing in jewels by making words. It becomes more challenging as you level up.
