Although I love it…I did until I stopped tonight to eat (9:15pm), rushed to get back to play & it switched to slogan solving! I will delete the game if this continues. I was working on my Doctorate and loving it as I am nearly 85, I do not enjoy solving the slogans. I have heard them forever. I liked the other BETTER than the very boring slogans I have heard all my life. It has happened again…I hit the back arrow thinking I could see my last puzzle. The darn thing took me to Quotes…I hate that game and cannot exit back to my puzzles I love. Please get me out and back to where I was. I cannot exit. Is there a way I can do it on my own if it happens again? please get me out! PLEASE! October 4, 2023 I am unable to finish my game as it switched to Butterflies hatching and I am unable to remove it. Why am I being forced to watch this dumb thing waiting to be hatched? I am forced to abandon my Word Lots puzzle. I have never played a game that has ads every single round a game is played. Most of the ads are of other games that don’t even have ads if you were to download the game! I would rather play a game that even have just a few ads than one that has one every second. The ads that are showing from this game makes me want to download and play those instead of the actual game I’m already playing. Partial words, Abbreviations, Words spelled differently How about sticking with whole words in our century found in a reputable collegiate dictionary ? I don’t care for word tricks or treasure hunting. I do not wish to learn the construction of old 18th century words with crazy spellings. Thank you. ### 4/5 — too noisy *2022-11-27, version 1.17.231* shut off music! ### 3/5 — Enjoyable BUT *2022-11-11* It’s a fun game and I realize there needs to be ads if you don’t want to spend real money BUT This is the worst game I have ever played as far as the frequency goes. You get hit with ads after EVERY SINGLE LEVEL! Most of the time the level takes a short time to complete 3 -5 minutes often less so you are literally hit with an ad that often. Even every other level would be a vast improvement. I enjoy the game when I get to play between the ads. **Developer response:** We are sorry for this, but to continue work on this free app we need revenue from Ads. Another sample is abbreviations. Just ran across the word HET. An abbreviation for heterosexual. When I checked the website the words were not the same. It looks like my game has been updated, but words are too easy. I tried re-installing the app and it started me all over. Not Acceptable!!! I recommended it to friends and family. The only problem I have with this game is the puzzles that have black squares with purple letters. I really struggle to actually see the letters.
