There is clearly a bug and I hope it can be fixed. The last few days, however, I’ve been having popup video advertisements during the middle of a level and even while watching videos for points. What on earth has happened? You expect me to watch two videos at the same time? If this continues I’ll delete the app. It’s a shame that you find the need to drown us in advertising. I wish games would simply sell the games to us for a lump sum and offer upgrades for another fee rather than ruin the experience completely with stacked up adds. ### 3/5 — Ok entertainment. Fraudulent Advertiser. *2026-08-08, version 1.70.6* This is a PSA for anyone playing online games: Asuno, selling purple teeth pills and self tanning gummies, advertises an intro of 4 bottles for $24.99 and charge $99.99. My bank’s fraud department called me to alert me of the fraud, blocked my card, and now I get to wait two weeks for a new one. So I am using that time to tell everyone. They are liars. Why is this happening? Giving up for a while. Thank you. ### 1/5 — Have been writing messages about problems with app for nearly 2 years. No real reply *2026-08-07, version 1.70.6* I have been extremely disappointed that there is no customer service at Word Planet. They keep saying how wonderful they are but as a user who has quite enjoyed this game because I’m a word person and I find it helps me when I’m going through some difficult things at the moment and it’s so frustrating when the games constantly repeat and there are all these problems with the app and I can accept problems happening. But when you write (and its been nearly 18 months/two years ) and all you get is an automated bot replying saying “we will get back to you in two days”. But they don’t. I don’t understand why you bother saying you’re going to respond in two days when you never do. I’ve left messages explaining clearly and carefully exactly what the problem is. It seems pretty simple to me that if someone looked at. It would be solved. I don’t understand why you bother saying you’re gonna respond in two days when you don’t I think nearly 2 years of sending messages and the only reason I even keep going is that now I’ve just started to see it as a bit of G I wonder if this month you’ll actually respond? It’s a shame as I find this game particularly with the ad free version that I bought enjoyable and it’s just interesting enough when you’re very stressed and dealing with some huge family problems. And I don’t feel like doing Cryptic Crossword which is what I normally do. It’s a nice light distraction. It stops me worrying about things. But it’s very disappointing when you pretend that your customer service is so great that you’re responding two days but you haven’t and you don’t. Suddenly, there’s an ad stuck playing and playing. Can’t play the actual game at all anymore. I’ll look for an update but may have to move on to a different game. I’ve completed over 11k games and had enjoyed the competition this game used to provide—now nothing, just games with no motivation to compete in a tournament. Perhaps the strategy is to drive off players (like myself) who like to compete and will spend hours with the game (it’s working). Also, customer service is non-existent. If you’re no longer offering tournaments, at least let me know. I just get sys-generated messages saying that they’ll get back to me.
