The game was great! Then an “update”. Now your limited in number of games or practice plays. It’s all about gaining points instead of just playing a simple game of “boggle”.

Years ago, when I first discovered this game, I was slow to like it but that was before the updates AND then I loved it!  It’s fast paced and you must posses a great command of the English language and if you do, you’ll become addicted!  However, if you don’t, you’ll probably lost interest very quickly.  I say that because in order to be competitive you must be one who thinks fast and spells well.  Also, you must have a wide base of words onboard to beat your opponents.  Simply speaking, there are a lot of excellent players here in Word Race so you must be smart and play like lightening!

I don’t play this game obsessively but I always come back to it and play a few rounds every couple of days or so. Playing against real people and not bots is a big draw. I have not played for money yet as I am not much of a gambler but if I were to put money up on a game, it would be this one.

Play for free or win real money challenging "real people" opponents in head to head matches.  
As your skills improve, you will face like opponents with same approximate skill set.  
And no money is needed to play unless you wish to do so.   
I enjoy challenging myself to learn new words for the next head 2 head match from the list available in game history.  
You will be surprised by how many you know and didn't see and also by the words you don't know.
