I’m using the up to date iOS for my iPad. I’ve offloaded the app then downloaded it & still no good. The “ support” option in the app is not working. This unfortunately just feels very unsatisfying to play matches, coming down to the fact that you will constantly be one or two letters short of perfectly filling a line (especially the longest letter word line) and are just at the mercy of shuffle to give you some good letters to work with… which typically it only makes it worse. I do not feel clever even if I do luck into good letters because I feel like I had to rely on random chance to get there, so it’s still not that satisfying. There is a modicum of strategy in which lane to go for, but it still feels too limiting when trying to fill the longest letter word lines. ### 3/5 — Letter won't move to rack.
