At first I enjoyed the game, but it soon became apparent that there are a limited number of boards in the game. The same letters come up in the same pattern repeatedly. Shaking the board rearranges the letters, but it is still the same board. First used the “lite” version of this... until Multiplayer stopped working. Then bought the real thing and multiplayer worked for a while then stopped. It connects and everything... but the game just won’t quite start. Highly infuriating. The letters used to be totally random except for the exclusion of proper nouns like John and England. But this new version only allows ONE letter Z, Q, K, etc., per board. We don’t all like to pass our time in the same way. Now, words like “equivoque” and “quizzed” are no longer options. What is your reasoning behind this change?? It is not as fun. Please make it fair and have everyone playing the same board. I play for myself. Three letter words are a nuisance. The version that is red has a minimum word option. However, the red version does not have a shake button. Try shaking a 10" iPad. The red version also shows the rank of your score to previous ones. The blue version should too. Also, DOH get's to be very tiresome. Attempts at Humor rarely work when repeated over and over. By Then pthe way, you don't build vocabulary if you don't know what the words mean. ### 2/5 — Entertaining & educational *2022-02-22, version 6.0* After giving this 5 stars, I have to complain about a couple of things. First, a sound effect for words 100 points and over appeared suddenly, then disappeared just as quickly. No explanation from the provider. Then the game was keeping track of consecutive days played, which I had around 300 or better. Now, that has gone into the black hole of app fails. Since I get nothing for the consecutive game days, why complain. It made it more fun, but I’ll just do something more constructive that this from now on. Too bad…those features made the game more interesting, and now it has lost much of its appeal ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Please fix multiplayer matches *2026-06-25, version 6.0* Right now you cannot play a match with another player unless you are both looking for a match at the exact same moment. It should allow you to start a match and ask for a player allow you to complete the board and then when another person seeks a game they should be matched up to your results when they do their own puzzle and then you should both just have the results revealed to you the next time you check in on the app. Because two people are never going to be searching at the exact same moment. ### 5/5 — Love *2026-04-09, version 6.0* I love this app! ### 5/5 — Amazing *2025-10-18, version 6.0* LOVE this game!
