## What is Word Swap?

Word Swap: Crossword Puzzle is a fast word puzzle where you swap letters to restore a 7x7 board.

Every tile starts scrambled. Tap two letters to swap them, then read the board state:
- Green: correct letter in the correct spot (locked)
- Yellow: correct letter, wrong spot in the current row or column
- Gray: still in the wrong word slot

Solve the full board before you run out of swaps.

What you get:
- Daily Puzzle: one shared puzzle per day
- Practice Mode: unlimited runs to improve your strategy
- Clear limits: each puzzle has a swap budget
- Stats tracking: wins, streaks, win rate, and average swaps left
