It used to be fun and challenging earning level names. Most of the words were either unknown to me at the time or I rarely used them, but I appreciated them. Recently, that feature has been disabled, which to me, greatly reduces the desire to play. Today the ad for Coco Beach Florida locked up. I made a screen shot but cannot get it to attach to this review. App support server will not open to leave a comment. Developers need to review the ads they accept. I would probably give 4 or even 5 stars but it crashes regularly and must be restarted. Even had to reboot my pad a few times. The ads are not too annoying and the puzzles fun to solve. I see other reviews from a couple of years ago that say the same. The ad is sexual in nature and very demeaning to women. It was for some stupid staircase lift Ad. You shouldn’t allow these types whatsoever. I understand you need to make money from the App but you shouldn’t allow Ads which you can’t close down thus losing your daily reward. Then ads started popping up that my protection blocked saying they were malicious websites. The ads varied but the site that was always blocked was continuoslyshop dot com. The ad that was showing was not for that site. It’s like that site hijacked the ad. After force closing your app, please submit an in-game message via Settings » Support » Contact Us. In that message so that our team can get the info needed to more accurately assist you! We hope to hear from you soon!" ============================================ Gaslight much? I stated 'there are ads that will not close and you have to force close the game'. It would be safe to assume that force closing the app had been done!!! Add to that, 'It does no good to report them to support' could mean that a REPORT WAS MADE and you respond you need more details. What? Screen shots and filing a complaint via your in-game message portal isn't good enough? Players that pop up and are rapid to return a play. They are not in my friend’s group that I play with. I think they are computer generated. What I don’t understand is they close the game and I can still play and if I had the chance to play, I would win. I just played one of these and they closed the game with the bot winning by only about 6 points. If I had been able to play my last two letters, I would have gotten an additional 27 points and won the game. This happens ALL the time.
