Je pense que l’app est bien pour les personnes qui commencent l’anglais mais au dessus d’un certain niveau il n’y a pas vraiment d’intérêt je trouve

O app diz "aprenda inglês assistindo sua séries favoritas". Mas o que aparece são TRECHOS. T R E C H O S. Eles omitem essa informação. E você vê só pedacinhos pingados. Eu paguei justamente pois queria assistir a série, porque o método de aprendizagem atual, te coloca no contexto do que está acontecendo. Trechos soltos de série ou apostila em aula tem a mesma eficácia. Quando você assiste a série e entende o contexto junto com a formação de frase, você meio que vive aquilo e o inglês vai para o
Sub consciente. Me senti enganado, e pela lei de compra na internet eu tenho direito a estorno. Até porque assim que percebi a fraude já pedi o reembolso. Foram nem 20 minutos usando o app.

O Wordbox usa trechos curtos de séries de propósito, focando em repetição, vocabulário e compreensão gradual: é um método diferente de assistir episódios completos. Mas entendemos que isso pode não ter ficado claro o suficiente antes da compra, e sentimos muito por isso.

Veo que o reembolso já está feito.

Eğer hâlâ sorun yaşıyorsanız, uygulamayı silip yeniden yüklemeyi deneyebilir misiniz? Devam ederse bize yazın — gerçekten yardımcı olmak isteriz :)

J’ai payé 50 € pour au final qu’il me redemande des sous juste d’après, c’est que des passages de série de mots super facile, vraiment pas utile pour apprendre l’anglais

Il y a eu récemment quelques problèmes avec la facturation Apple/Google qui ont pu donner l’impression d’un double paiement. Si vous avez payé, vous ne devriez bien sûr rien repayer.

Concernant le contenu, Wordbox s’adapte à votre niveau — mais vous pouvez aussi augmenter la difficulté au maximum dans les paramètres et faire des tests de révision plus avancés. L’app couvre progressivement du vocabulaire jusqu’au niveau quasi natif (plus de 15 000 mots et 3 000 phrases), donc cela devient beaucoup plus exigeant avec le temps 💪
