## What is Wordbox?

Four word games, and the people you actually want to play them with.

HEXICON
Seven letters, one in the middle, and every word has to use it. Find as many as
you can and watch where you stand against your friends on the same board.

ANAGRAMS
Tiles turn over one at a time. Claim a word before anyone else — or steal
someone else's by making it longer. Fast, and slightly ruthless.

SCRAMBLE
Trace words on a four-by-four grid before the clock runs out. Three rounds,
taken whenever each of you has a spare two minutes — nobody waits on anyone.

CROSSWORDS
A grid to fill on your own, or share one and solve it together.

PLAYED AT YOUR OWN PACE
Nobody has to be online at the same time. Take your turn when you have a moment,
and the app tells the others it's their go. Every game keeps a record: who beat
whom, your best round, and how close it was.

NO ACCOUNTS
No password, no sign-in, no email. Pick a username and you're playing. Your
games follow you to a new phone through iCloud.

No adverts. No tracking. No purchases.

Cliques
Puzzle colours now match the original exactly, and difficulty shows properly — some boards were painting every group the same colour. A finished board says whether you solved it or lost it. Repeating four tiles you have already tried no longer costs a life. Friends' progress sits on a rail above the board, measured in mistakes.

Scramble
A crash mid-round no longer costs you the round — your clock is handed back. Scores stopped counting the round you had just played twice. The word comparison lines both players up on one list, so you can see what they found and you did not. Nudging is once a minute.

Hexicon
Boards open straight away instead of waiting on the network. A friend group can put a shared time limit on its own board, and word counts show how many there are to find.

Everywhere
The games list opens far faster, and Records now has all seven games across the top with the filters in the toolbar.
