Following the help support advice I deleted the app and reinstalled only to discover I had now lost day 7s progress. After looking through help it said I should uninstall and reinstall the game to sync my data up. But when I reinstalled it completely reset my progress and never synced back up. Lost all my progress and I purchased the ad free option years ago but it’s gone as well and restore purchases does nothing. And you cannot contact the company. When I completed all the levels, I waited and waited and waited and waited for new levels to be added (which has finally happened). In the meanwhile, I played the daily puzzles and various events throughout the year. There were times I might have missed a day or two in these events. This was my fault. However, finding out that that I lost 10 days of progress for this Holiday Event was infuriating. I deleted and reloaded the app to no avail. As a holiday gift, you guys should just give every player who played the Holiday Event 30 free hints right now and just end the event. I’ve never once experienced any glitches or technical problems. Every board I’ve solved works, the games move on to the next levels seamlessly. I love how it gets increasingly difficult. All hints I’ve purchased show up without fail. I would LOVE NEW LEVELS though as I have 100% completion!! Please tell me more are coming…this is such a great game! Each day I get a spin and then a green check for solving the daily puzzle. When I return the next day the green check has been replaced by a red x meaning I missed that previous day when I have not. I keep hoping that this glitch will be fixed but it has not been. I'm playing on an iPad with up to date software.
