Diese App taugt nichts, da die Wörter nur auf Englisch generierbar sind. Ohne die monatlichen Zusatzkosten von 1€ ( auf die man vor dem Kauf nicht hingewiesen wird!), ist die App kompletter Schrott. Ich hätte gern mein Geld zurück 🤨

Do not waste your money. It is so difficult to use, and when you’ve paid for the app you will have to pay to use the best features. Con. Avoid.

WordCloudMaster is designed as a hybrid model: the core word cloud creation features work offline with a one-time purchase, while some advanced resources (such as additional online assets and templates) are offered through optional subscriptions.

If you prefer a fully one-time purchase option without any online resources, you may consider WordArt or the full-feature version of WordCloudStudio, which follow a different pricing model.

That said, I truly appreciate your feedback about usability. Improving the editing experience and making the pricing model clearer are things I’m actively working on. If you have specific suggestions about what felt difficult to use, I’d really like to hear them.

This is a terrible app, it is very cumbersome to work with, there are free apps that do the same thing but much better.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback!Our software offers lots of ways to customise it and a lot of useful features, so it may seem a bit complicated at first. However, we have provided detailed help documents and tutorials within the app to help you learn how to use it.

Nearly impossible to use if you didn't create the app. Although this may be intuitive to the creator, it is completely dumbfounding to anyone trying to use it. Absolute waste of time.

**Developer response:** 1. isn't intuition a good thing? It's easy to create a word cloud map, and at the moment the whole process is very simple as you only need to enter data to import a template to create it. There are also very few options for adjustments, and most of them don't need to be adjusted.
2. I don't understand the point where you are confused or struggling to use it, we didn't get any valid information from your comment. Did you check the help page or contact us when you had a problem? If after checking the help page you still don't understand, you can easily contact our team with a click of a button, unfortunately our team has not received any information. 
3. Our team is currently confused as to why users don't contact us when they have a problem and just leave us a comment that confuses us even more, we would love it if users would leave us any valid feedback to help us improve the software!

Where are the instructions? Not at all intuitive. How does one upload the text for a word count? Played with it for awhile and could not figure out at all how it works. I would like a refund.

First of all, there is a help page in the top left corner of the product, and even to make it easier for users to communicate with us, we have added a communication button, click on which you can directly open the email and contact our team!

As for how to generate data? If you have detailed data, the most intuitive is that you can manually add input detailed data. Of course you can also import it through a csv file, which is what most users have suggested to me in their feedback. If there is only text, you just need to copy the data to the text box and click the extract button, the program will automatically perform statistics and calculations on the text.

As for your comment about it not being intuitive enough, our team is not quite sure where you think it's not intuitive? Can't find the help page? The buttons on the help page, etc. are already about twice the size of the buttons on most popular programs, so we think they're quite prominent enough. Of course, our team is always happy to hear user suggestions, and if you can explain in detail what you're having trouble with, we'd be happy to help you solve the problem.

Despite my best effort to make a simplest of word cloud, it didn't work. It seems to be a dud app and I am surprised how Apple tolerates schemes like this. No support either. So I requested for a refund.
