## What is WordDeck?

**Stop learning the same words over and over.**

You study a long vocabulary list, recognize every word by Friday, and forget half of them by Monday. It isn't a lack of effort. It's a matter of timing.

WordDeck helps you remember what you learn by bringing words back just when you need to review them.

**A little every day**

Each day, learn a few new words and revisit the ones that are due. Remembered a word? Send it further into the future. Forgot it? It'll be back soon. Every review tells you when you'll see that word again.

Ten minutes a day. No endless lists. No starting from scratch.

**Vocabulary for your level**

Start at your level, from A1 to C2, and build your vocabulary progressively. WordDeck includes hundreds of foundation and exam-focused words selected for learners preparing for YDS, YÖKDİL, YKS-Dil (YDT), TOEFL, and IELTS.

Each card gives you more than a translation:
- Turkish meanings and an English definition
- Example sentences with Turkish translations
- Synonyms and antonyms
- Information about the exams where the word appears

**Test yourself without losing your rhythm**

Take a ten-question quiz built around the vocabulary you've studied. Practice meanings, sentence completion, synonyms, antonyms, and more in multiple-choice questions inspired by exam formats.

Your quiz results won't change your review schedule. Testing what you know and learning what you don't are two different things.

**Grammar, explained**

Review the grammar structures that matter for English exams, from tenses and modals to conditionals, relative clauses, and participle clauses. Each lesson combines clear rules, translated examples, and five exam-style questions with immediate explanations.

**See your progress add up**

Track your streak, explore your yearly activity, and see how much of each deck you've mastered. Miss a day? Your progress stays right where you left it. Your cards will be waiting when you return.

**A little atmosphere, or none at all**

A slowly drifting sky follows you through the app, with changing clouds, oceans, cities, and seasons. Prefer a quieter study space? Hide the scenery whenever you like. WordDeck supports both light and dark appearances.

**Your study space stays yours**

No account, email, or password required. Open the app and start learning. Your cards and streak are stored on your device, and you can erase your local data whenever you choose.

**The goal isn't to recognize a word today. It's to remember it when it matters.**

One card at a time. One day at a time. That's how words become yours.
