Simple and nice word game, now ruined by making it ‘gamey’ for five year olds.
Hate the new update
My husband and I had been playing Wordful for years, several times through together, a few every evening. It was a nice combination of fun and challenge. We do not like the new interface or design. Looks like every other game out there now. Lots of different hints.
The update destroyed the challenge of this game.
I loved this game. I’ve played it for years. Then suddenly in August 2026 the app was updated. For a long term player like myself, the apps update was a huge failure for improvement. I was totally disappointed with the update and I deleted the app.
Terrible upgrade
This new upgrade is nothing like the original game
It would have been great to be able to keep the original one instead of being blindsided with a very juvenile new version

Bad update
Too many ads, lots of different widgets for the purpose of financial gain.
