That time is for the Bible, prayer, gratitude, stillness, or reflection. The apps stay closed until the pause ends. How it works Pick the apps Choose the apps WordGuard may pause. Social, video, games, or anything else that takes your attention. WordGuard uses Apple’s Screen Time. It does not read what you do inside those apps.
