App not working at all after purchase. Contacted them by email, received several emails from different tech all saying “sorry can’t solve the problem, somebody else in the team will contact you soon”. Every email told me need to try very basic steps which I tried many times before they email me their ‘ solution’ . It’s just a fishing app, didn’t aim to a real product, but to cheat and collect money. Apple Store should remove them from the shelf.

I only used the app for one day, and I was charged $34.90 for a 3-month subscription. Now you’re telling me it’s non-refundable?
This is completely unfair. Your advertisement was misleading, and I expect a full refund.

I downloaded this app because it was advertised as a hypnosis-based way to learn English naturally. The ads made it seem like I would get immersive hypnosis sessions and sleep learning.

Instead, after paying, I found a very basic language course with beginner lessons like “Hello” and “My name is Tom,” even though I tested at an advanced level.

The app did not match the expectations created by its advertising. Customer support cancelled my subscription but refused to issue a refund.

I believe the marketing is misleading, so I recommend trying the free version before paying.

Se quiser cancelar a inscrição  terá que mandar e-mail. Não existe como fazer pelo App conforme orientação do próprio aplicativo. Um verdadeiro absurdo para ficar com o dinheiro dos usuários. Hoje pedi meu cancelamento vamos ver quando respondem.
