Get the dang ad off the bottom of the field of play. It’s on the very bottoms of the last row of letters. You can see the letters, but it’s very distracting and irritating. I can barely play with it there. I get up at night, awake, and play it. The dictionary makes want to delete the game. Zen is a word. The letters keep spelling Ire. Then lair, This is constantly. Ale, Ail, weird 3 letter words that I’ve never heard of. It says there’s 119 words, and I find 35. I’m getting so tired of limited vowels in the words search, I’m about to delete it. ### 4/5 — Great but missing a few features *2025-01-21, version 1.47* Love the game and it’s the closest thing to the old Boggle for iPad out there. A few things I wish it had was a “friends mode”, shake to scramble and most importantly, the ability to rotate the board! Some are foreign (including specifically Latin words.) Some are abbreviations. Some are… just inexplicable. There are ads, a lot of ads that pop up all the tume, interrupting game play. Ads started second day after download. Sorry to see another bait and switch. After having it on my phone for a while they performed and update that put ads in after every single game. I don’t mind supporting devs but hate bait and switch tactics. Then a pop-up appeared saying I could pay a one-time fee for no ads forever. That was last week. I paid it, and now I have ads again. The game is telling me I have to subscribe to the premium edition to get no ads. This was a rip-off. I deserve a refund! These guys have elected to dump on their loyal customers and I will not just go along. ### 1/5 — Restore purchases should have... *2021-03-13* Vendor said that my purchase of the game before their new subscription service is still valid- just restore purchases. I see no means to restore purchases within the app. Only the means to subscribe. So much for that advice... And no response from the developer. I get it that you wish to make a living this, but switching horses mid race as you have done is flatly unethical if not fraudulent. Haha! Unfair review! How about unfair practices? I purchased the game with the expectation of no ads. Then you changed to a subscription model rendering that purchase moot. I purchased in good faith- faith that was poorly placed. Who’s been unfair? By the way, and repeating: I CAN FIND NO MEANS TO RESTORE PURCHASES IN YOUR APP AS YOU SUGGESTED I DO... **Developer response:** Hi there, using the Restore Purchases option should have turned off the ads for you if you had purchased with the same Apple ID.
