I love word games, but there’s something special when you also have to make sure you’re uncovering the letters you’ll need. I do have one big request, though. Could you please please add an option to turn off hints? I noticed that if I take a bit of time to think about what the word is, the next letter starts wiggling to show me what to do. Word with nut, a new kind game~ ### 5/5 — Fun & Original Game! *2025-03-19, version 1.0.3* There’s a lot of variations of the screw peg games and this, I found, is the most original! It combines two of my favorite puzzle games, spelling and screw peg games. It starts out easy, which all games do, but it starts to build quickly and some of the words actually get a little complicated. I think it’s a great game for keeping your mind occupied and if you love spelling games, this is a very good one. Five ⭐️ easily! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Missing Letters *2025-10-17, version 2.1.2* Thought is was just me at 1st but on game 390, used 5 of my tools to figure out a word only to find out the final letter I needed was not even on the board. Took a screenshot of it but no way to upload here. Bummer! ### 1/5 — Rude *2025-04-15, version 1.2.2* I was having fun playing the game and then one of the “quotes” popped up with an ‘F’ bomb in there very explicitly. Deleted the game. ### 1/5 — It could be so good *2025-04-03, version 1.1.0* But it’s ruined by the ads. After EVERY. SINGLE. LEVEL! Once you get past lvl 5 there is an ad that requires closing 4-5 times to actually go away. I understand free games need ads in lieu of revenue from players but if the ads ruin the game, you lose the player. Like me. I’m out cause I dont tolerate volumes of excessive and annoying-to-close ads. All it would take for me to rate this a 4 or 5 star game is making the as be after every 3 levels or something. But I can only rate it as it is currently. So 1 star for not prioritizing player’s experience. ### 3/5 — Fun fame but the ads destroy it *2025-03-25, version 1.0.3* This is a really fun gam but an ad after every level completed is excessive and completely ruins the experience so much that I’m deleting the game. I notice they don’t publish the negative reviews so it will be interesting to see if this makes it. Nine reviews with 1 one star and a 2 star but can only read the positive reviews so see 7 maybe. Generally if a game doesn’t show all the reviews I don’t download but against my better judgement I did. The game itself is a lot of fun but the ads.
