Words crush theme free video does not let me watch video for free points please help. Thank you Again youR tech response was no help. The game says it cannot load video try again……this has been going on for months. I’m up to 49 letters and do not want to start game over. I have to come completely out of the game. I love this game but something is wrong. You can’t get off of the page, it’s stuck. No rating, no anything but making you keep doing that one puzzle. I deleted & reinstalled & now I lost the points I just bought!!! Now I’m forced to start from zero. You can’t advance without this one ending itself. Please look into this. Thank you. Fun to play. Deserves the 5 star rating. Intriguing, unique, & fun. This game is for you! *2017-09-16, version 1.5.6* Everything WAS amazeballs but NO LONGER. You'll be involved in your game listening to some music or a podcast and all of a sudden the SAME LONG commercial for a game you would have gotten if you wanted it comes up. I mute gamer sound effects and there is NO OPTION to mute these surprise commercials that are a full 30 seconds long. What's worse is that when you make it through the ad the hokey circus music CONTINUES TO PLAY- there's no way to stop it. You have to closer the app and come back in. I had fun rocking the levels and was properly obsessed with finding all the extra words... But no more. Having video ads after every puzzle doesn’t incentivize paying to remove, it’s obnoxious to the point of just uninstalling in protest. Also, I refuse to tie games to Facebook. I’d be more willing to pay if you could find a better way to tie purchases to a user. ### 2/5 — Can’t advance! *2019-10-04, version 4.0.0* I’ve played this game for a few years now. Great way to pass time. However, now when I finish a board, it doesn’t advance to the next level. I have to exit out of the app, and go back into the game in order to start the next board. I would give you guys 5 stars, but as of now, I’m not happy with the results. Hopefully this problem can be fixed more sooner than later as I would love to continue playing! **Developer response:** "Thank you for reporting the major issue. Have to turn my device off and reboot. The game should be the challenge, not trying to make it operate. Love the game until I reached the “Battler/Vocabulary” theme. Ironically, some words would not be in anyone’s vocabulary since they do not exist. There is no such word as “ballon” nor “barcony” according to the English dictionaries. Wait one minute! ballon is the FRENCH WORD for lawn. Did you run out of words???? I’m hooked on this word wheel type game with points for finding hidden words. I gave this five stars because it is so fun. The one frustration I have is that I can’t always find all the hidden words, even if I hit the reset button.
