J’ai acheté des jetons que je n’ai jamais reçus. Ma carte de crédit a été débitée mais les 300 points achetés ne me sont jamais parvenus. Je suis vraiment déçue, j’aime le jeu, je suis rendue au niveau 35 .... quelqu’un peut m’aider ?

I was enjoying this game until I purchased the 300 hints for $1.99 and never got them. It’s  not a lot of money it’s the principle.
