Not true as there are ads and then you are asked if you want to pay to remove them. So I feel like this is bait and switch. But I do like the game. ### 4/5 — Fun to play, but *2026-08-15, version 1.16.0* An ad break in the middle of a game. No thank you. Not terribly challenging but entertaining. Especially at the beginning of a round you have words that could go together depending the the categories… you just don’t know yet. The pop-up telling me that only words in the same category can go together everytime I try a possible match was very annoying, enough that I am deleting the game and sticking to the ones who don’t do that. We should be able to retain our winnings even if we lose (not talking about what we would’ve won had we passed a level). I’m talking about what we’ve already won. This advert is highly dangerous and has been banned by most apps. Also extremely annoying as unable to close it. Very poor ### 1/5 — Where did the coins go? *2026-04-04, version 1.14.4* Used to get 1,000 coins per hour. Each game is 1,000 coins. Now — it’s only 100 coins an hour. So you can only play every 10hrs. What happened?? I don’t think the mere turning over of a card should count as a turn. I appreciate the bonus points offered and the opportunities for ten more turns. They make the game very doable. But I get slightly irritated every time I lose another turn having to flip over a flippin’ card! I play this game several times a day and have amassed enough points that it really doesn’t matter, but even so… Along with how fun the game is to play, I also appreciate how it has expanded my vocabulary.
