Takes hours , days even to reach  5000 points and then can’t claim my vouchers?

I’ve played all the other games from BHE but this is the first game that won’t pay out. Got 6000 gems and no matter what email address I put to get the voucher it says “there was a problem issuing your voucher, please try again.” There’s no way to contact support so deleting the game for good. Waste of digital space!
