It makes you think and plan moves in order to win. The problem comes when it asks you to use , for example, 10 “Z” tiles, but then they only give you 8 or 9 in regular play. That forces you to spend some of your winnings or watch an ad. There are ads after every game, which I expect, but they are cheating when they won’t give you enough tiles to win. The new update has added the dreaded game in a game in a game. They added ads along the bottom of the screen while playing the game. Another thing added is a pop-up of the word you just found, which then covers what goals you have left. A new option now allows you to removes ads with a one time purchase. However if you read the light print below, it states the ads between games will continue even with the ad free purchase. Way to go. Greed has ruined yet another fun game. I’d accidentally hit the ad at the bottom once in a while, which was slightly annoying since it takes you out of the game, but it wasn’t that big of a deal. HOWEVER, NOW there is this Shein ad that takes you out of the game to the ad on the internet MULTIPLE TIMES in a matter of minutes EVEN WHEN YOU ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF MAKING A WORD when you haven’t accidentally hit anything!!! And what’s worse is that it then plays ANOTHER ad video when you go back to the game to finish your round!!!!! The letters scatter like they’re fleeing a bar fight. And the scoring system? Honey, it’s darker than a Southern Baptist sermon on sin. Word Blast doesn’t challenge me it taunts me.It sits there smirking, acting like it’s clever, while I’m over here with Marine‑mom discipline, and Southern‑Belle fury, ready to drag it behind the barn and teach it what real consequences feel like. Word Blast is the worst thing to happen to letters since the alphabet lost its innocence. However, this game requires strategic thinking in order to collect a set number of letters or symbols by finding words that utilize them. Sometimes the goal is to clear the highlighted letters from the board. Sometimes the goal is to attain a certain score...or a combination of both scoring and collecting the highlighted letters.
