I play this game and love it and have played for years but as usual with 'update fatigue' something that was working great before now is rendering this game almost useless. The app store keeps opening up incessantly during game play and driving me crazy. Please fix and I'd love to come back with a five star rating!

This used to be the best app and a great alternative to Words With Friends. Now with the latest update you can't go more than 10 seconds without getting pop ups and the cancel buttons do not work. Epic fail

Every time I open the app there an ad pops up. I close the ad to play the game and it ALWAYS takes me to the app store. When I try to leave the App Store to return to the game the screen turns white and I end up having to quit the app. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat. Eventually I'm able to play a turn, but if I take too long thinking of a word the ad pops up again and....Repeat.

When on the game board, if you try to grab the first tile, the slide function is activated. Please keep the slide above the tile section of the screen, or REMOVE it completely. It is rather annoying. I can just use the back button if I need to navigate out of the game board. Also, if you try to stop the slide, you are automatically zoomed in. This messed up your previous view.

The game has been frozen for 24 hours and I can not get it to work.  I do not seem to be able to refresh the game and do no where to go for HELP. Game is ok.
The game has froze up again. We submit the word and the indicator just spins.  I have a WiFi connection because I am able to play other games and so forth on line.  The game has been frozen for two days. This is very frustrating, I would not recommend this game to anyone be cause of the freeze ups.

It's a good game, but it does crash quite a bit, the ads are annoying (I'd upgrade, but I'm not paying for an app that's not updated for the iPhone 5 to use the full screen.), it doesn't calculate 7 letter word scores correctly before submitting, and no portrait mode.

I've played this game for over a year. It really fun but at least one time during every game I have to force pass being all of letters disappear. It's really frustrating.

1. It doesn't sync well between iPad & iPod
2. Need to regularly delete & reinstall as it stalls out
3. Plays only in portrait and stands for iPad are landscape

I h e been trying to get back into my games however I can’t. I can’t log in with Facebook, I can’t create a new account and I also can’t access the terms of service or anything else on the app. 
Please help!

The app now just asks me to sign in and then crashes.

Attempts to recover password all go to a site with a 503 error as do links for the developer website and help.

Been down for 24 hours that way at least.

Looks like the developer has been knocked totally offline from here.

Bummer too. Family spread out geographically was really enjoying while cooped up.

Last version was 3 years ago users should probably avoid.

I used to like this app. I didn't mind the ads at the bottom. But now since the last few updates the app keeps popping me into the App Store to download spam apps I don't want when I'm trying to play a word. Fix this please or I'm uninstalling.

Every since the most recent update this app forces open the App Store and tries to get you to download Uber or some other thing. 

The problem is that it's constant so I can't look at the game board for more than 2 seconds without the App Store popping up.

I really liked this game. Ads were distracting and right next to the letters but not too bad. However, now the ads boot you out of the game completely to sell you other apps. This makes the lite version unplayable. And now they want $3 to remove the ads. Total scam!

I love this one of allll the word games out there...no annoying advertisements on every turn like those other ones...this game works just fine only sometimes I need to manually refresh games that's the only problem I have.  Notifications works depending on your devices.  I have this game on my HTC Inspire, my IPod Touch 4G, and my Toshiba Thrive...definitely would recommend this game and I rarely take the time to do any reviews...this one deserves my review cuz I see all these bad reviews and I definitely DISagree!!!  Far far better than "the no.1" word game for sure.  Been playing for about 2 to 3 years & have had it on allllllll of my devices.  Thank u and please never ever stop making this game <3<3<3

I've been using this app for quite some time now and have played hundreds (yikes!) of games. Just recently I've been "losing games"...they still appear but they say 'their' turn, when indeed the other people have told me they've played. Unusually have the Mac games going...now I've lost all but 3. And they remain until the other person resigns!! Help...I love this game but it's really frustrating to lose games in limbo :( I was thinking of upgrading but will be really mad if it does the same thing.
