PLEASE DO ALL VERSES🥺 ### 4/5 — Make the age lower *2022-01-12* I love this app the thing is my parents won’t let me download it since the age group is 17+ and as a BQ kid this is highly frustrating so if you could lower it to like 10+ that would be grate! Everything works with no random crashes or bugs. Supports old and new devices, and works seamlessly on them all. Kind of ridiculous. ### 1/5 — I will never subscribe to this app again *2021-03-08* I have been reaching out to them as soon as I subscribed to this it has not let me logon . It shows my account is inactive or locked. I have emailed several times asking for help with no reply!!!! But I get an email showing they will be charging my card on Wed!!! I am a very unhappy customer and I can’t even get my subscription canceled while they are not even reaching out to me to help me get access to my account. The fact that you can’t hit repeat is super frustrating especially because we listen in the car a lot and I’m trying to drive safely but constantly have to hit the back button. ### 1/5 — Frustrated beyond measure *2021-01-04* I am so frustrated with this app, there are songs missing and no way to contact anyone. I emailed months ago with no response. I’ve posted in Facebook groups and no response. I’ve tried the chat multiple times and it just sits there, no response. Besides the lack of customer service, this was the worst year to make this huge change with no warning last year that this change was coming. With all the other changes due to Covid, it’s all very frustrating. This is our fifth year Quizzing and these songs which have been a huge help in the past have instead become a huge source of frustration and disappointment. **Developer response:** I’m so sorry for the frustration you’ve experienced. We are adding songs as they are written, recorded, edited, & mastered. They will appear in the app as they are completed. That will be done before the end of January. Unfortunately social media is not the best way to message us (yet.) Also, the group (Coaches Corner) does not display comments, nor alert us to new posts or comments. We have made posts in that group about our delay in recording (multiple times!) but because we can’t see our own posts in that group we don’t know if the word has gotten through. We have mentioned it in posts & other communication to admins of the group and are hoping admin get that fixed for us so we can participate in that again. In the meantime, please email contact@wordsongapp.com, and also text (not call) 347-967-3764. ### 1/5 — “Enable location” Requested every 2 seconds *2020-11-05* I appreciate the app provided to help with my Jr Bible quizzer. However, there are some recent updates that need to be fixed. I don’t allow my apps to track me & this app will NOT STOP asking me to enable location! I have “never share location” for a reason & this bug need to be fixed ASAP! The app asks “enable location” literally ever 2 seconds. I had to wait for my phone to die in order to use it again. Thankfully once it turned on everything was back to normal. I am highly upset. ### 2/5 — Eh *2024-01-16* I’ve been laying for a subscription for the last couple of months, weren’t to use the app tonight and it’s telling me “restricted area for users only” super frustrating!!!! Probably will end up canceling my subscription ### 2/5 — Bible quizzes *2022-11-29* I’m a Bible quizzer, and I’ve been wanting to try word song. I downloaded it, thinking that I’d just be able to use it when I need help with a verse, but you have to have a membership to get Ephesians!! And since I don’t feel like paying mullah, I am just gonna delete this. Bible quizzers don’t wanna pay money!! We spend enough on the other materials. You should have special access to the books that are used for the Bible quizzers for just the Bible quizzers to use. To verify that the person trying to get the stuff in actually a quizzer then you could ask for the church or bq team or something, but just do anything to save me the frustration!!!! Worth every penny. I have 3 Bible quizzers in 3 divisions and use this app daily!!
