Only 3 different templates and aren't proper mad libs...it doesn't make any sense unless you get the exact correct words. Don't download. The person below is stupid...

Wow!  Talk about a trip down memory lane.  When I was a kid, my friends and I would have MadLib parties ALL the time.  We'd get together and come up with the craziest, silliest, raunchiest stories you could ever imagine.  It was awesome.  And now I get to do it again!    :)
