It could read: 1. (Males discharge of semen 2. the discharge of semen by males 3. discharging of semen by males of the Species. —-It should be rewritten because like me there are other males that don’t discharge our/their semen in other males. That is the reason why Elohim made males and females of the species, for the two of them, male and female to come together to make (discharge of semen and the semen reaches the egg and a miracle take place)more of their kind(species)!!! ### 3/5 — Abandonware? Not updated to v3.71 *2019-02-19, version 3.62* This is an excellent dictionary with similar (identical?) functionality as the Chambers versions. However, this particular app hasn’t been updated in almost a year whereas the other WordWeb versions are on v3.71. Note that there are two audio versions that appear to be the same. If you want the most current version then you probably should buy the other audio App and not this American version. (At least it seems so.) ### 4/5 — Audio? *2013-07-16* I really like this app but I don't understand why the audio is no longer working for any of the definitions. That is what has helped me with the pronunciation. Hopefully there's an update soon to fix that issue. Audio is working perfect on my iPhone 4s 64GB iOS5.1. Maybe some people have too much background app play (ie; news app, Skype app or other apps that use memory in background play). Most people don't know how to close background play in apps to speed up the phone. One can find this info in Safari under iPhone user guide. Search for background. They have provided the option to type in a word search right away instead of having to always delete the previous entry first (and wait for it to be removed). I find it extremely useful especially when the word I’m looking up is not already on the screen (i.e. when I’m reading a book). Request to developer: Please highlight (or add an option to highlight) the last entered word when the app is closed and opened again, so it gets deleted when we start typing a new word. It would be an extremely rare occurrence to want to modify a previously looked up word, yet I have to delete it manually every time I open the app to look up a word. This is especially an issue on larger phones where the x button to delete word at once is all the way at the top of the screen, which means it cannot easily be reached when you hold the phone with one hand. ### 5/5 — The best dictionary app ever *2021-12-25* I’ve been using variations of this developer’s dictionary apps for many years, even in the pre-iPhone days when it was only available as a n old-school PC app… It’s the best dictionary app I’ve ever found. The interface is simple and intuitive but also very powerful. The way all of the words are interlinked is terrific, as is the app’s ability to cross-reference other dictionary apps and online sources (including the option to add custom reference look-up sources). The audio-pronunciation options and definitions are also solid, the dictionary database itself has a ton of words, and the app conveniently keeps a (clearable) log of all the words you’ve looked up. I recommend purchasing the paid version of this app (although the free version is great too) along with the other dictionary apps the developer has worked on (for even closer cross-reference integration) if any of those are still available (Chambers and Oxford dictionaries and thesauruses were among the previous options) if you have much need for looking up words at all, as this developer is the longtime maestro of creating easy to use, uncluttered, fast-performing dictionary apps. ### 5/5 — Very good. *2021-12-08, version 3.71* But it doesn’t clear on search. One of My Favorite Apps *2013-01-13* Frequently I surprisingly prefer this to American Heritage and Oxford which are mor expensive. Very easy to use. Unfortunately ICloud does not work on my edition. I only wish bookmarks could have tags like Oxford and sync between iO devices as American Heritage.
