There’s a little issue I have though. You are not able to honestly report using this app. If you don’t click all the boxes you can’t send your report through. So what is the point in filling this out? I think it needs to be adjusted so that you can send in the report even if you haven’t checked off every box. Or else it’s doing a disservice to everyone in schools that are using this because you have to click all of the boxes to send in your report. Which can be false because say you are having a cough, sore throat or even a fever, you have to click the box that you aren’t experiencing that in order to send your report through. I am really not happy about this app being the way it is. Adults who need to work could be having symptoms but no fever and still be going in to work because they “ can’t take off” and putting others at risk. ### 1/5 — Not user friendly *2020-09-08* add a feature that allows users to make an account on the app using phone not just on website plz ### 2/5 — Poor color cues *2021-02-03* App does what's needed and is simple. However poor use of color make it awkward every use. As you enter needed data. The next place you need to click is grayed out. While often a bright area is where toy shouldn't click. Reinstalled it, restarted phone, gave it over 10 mins to open and nothing works. Thank you. ### 4/5 — Was very helpful in tech support *2020-09-15* Being in this new world of taking temp and not being tech savvy there was some issues that I encountered but after calling tech support they were very helpful in resolving my issues. The technician checked on me and called me back to review what needed to be done and helped me thru the situation.
