Try not to upload too much information otherwise it'll crash. Trouble entering text without the screen jumping around. Trouble saving completion notes without session timeout errors. Trouble loading more than one picture, trouble saving equipment details or service reports. They were so helpful till the point of sale and now don’t give a stuff about helping with issues. The app constantly locks you out. Finding pics to upload from a library is useless, the list goes on. ### 1/5 — They charged me after I canceled *2019-12-07, version 8.12.1* I purchased this with tons of promise from the company. After a few months and 10 training sessions we were experiencing lost invoices, terrible integration with QuickBooks and a never ending series of online training. I canceled and went to another better software. now 6 months later I get an invoice for the 6 months after I canceled. When I called they said i can’t just cancel it , it was a contract... the thing is they interrupted access to my account because of all the issues I was raising so I could not use the software. This is the worst functioning software I’ve ever used. Terrible support and now they are trying to collect a for a full six months after their service was cancelled. Just like all Verizon services this one is horrible. Save your time, money and much frustration!!!! Now after I canceled they are charging me for a full year of use because they decided internally to deny my cancelation. What a scam! Verizon is the worst company ever. Update it’s 2 years later and 2 collections agencies later and they are still trying to charge me when they breached the contract. The product never even truly worked the way they sold it to me. ### 1/5 — Absolutely Terrible *2019-04-19, version 8.12.1* We have been running this application for almost two years now. This has been one of the worst mistakes I have made for my company. There is absolutely no support from fleetmatics and we have been lied to from the start. They will make you believe that fleetmatics is the right solution for you and lead you on with countless lies. We have reached out north of 5 times to get help implementing the software but all we have recieved back is that they cannot help us more. Do not make the same mistake we did. ### 1/5 — Terrible system *2018-07-05, version 8.12.0* Total waist of money. Don’t by into the bull that the salesman tries to sell you on. It’s overly complicated and takes training that cost your field workers and admins time. Overly engineered and the admin system doesn’t work with iPad or anything other than explorer or chrome and I was told differently by the salesman. A friend has HouseCall pro and I’ve seen how easily it works. My suggestion is anything other than Verizon connect period. ### 1/5 — Crap app *2018-06-08, version 8.11.6* This app always goes down all the time and fixes are a joke 2.8 fix made app worse and now won’t work at all. Verizon has limited resources for customer support, they do not remove costs for field users when I terminate techs, the apps aren’t compatible with androids any longer. My techs can’t even create jobs in the field. We are a 24/7 hvac service company and can’t creat jobs after hours. Our customers never receive their invoices if we email through the Verizon platform. The sync between fleet attics and quickbooks ALWAYS DISCONNECTS. Every time you open the app up you have to close it and do it again. I’m more organized. Easy to keep track on who owes what. ( god knows how much I lost before I had this software) Most importantly it’s easy to use when out in the field and in the office. Most importantly the costumer service are always around and extremely helpful. Paul. ### 5/5 — This app has revolutionised my working life. *2013-05-03, version 4.9* I am a small plumbing business and used to find that I would often get too busy and forget about a job or forget to invoice a job which I had completed. Since I have been running my jobs through connect2field I never forget a job or more importantly, never forget to invoice my completed jobs. I can also invoice immediately. I no longer need to ring my plumbing and gas engineers to get an update 5 times a day. This has allowed me to take on more work, improved my cash flow and my profitability. I don't know how I survived without it. It's the best software that i could ever imagine to run my business.
