### 3/5 — Like app, but export of data doesn’t work!

*2024-12-24*

I really love the interface of this app however, after my first week of work, I find I can’t export the entries under the settings. It seems to get stuck and doesn’t do anything. Please fix!

### 4/5 — Very good. Well worth using.

*2020-06-27, version 1.0*

Well worth using. Has lots of options.

. I’m self-employed so time wasted on unnecessary distractions and inefficient administration is time I cannot charge for my services. I have created a project of called “ Time I should be working not doing ..... “. And allocate time to that activity.

I was horrified at how much time and money I was wasting. Thank you for your app .Paid for itself many many many Times over. 👍😊

### 4/5 — Great to track working hours

*2019-08-28*

Great app to keep track of your hours working per day . Was a little difficult to figure out but did . Wish I could text hours but not option

### 4/5 — Great app

*2019-06-19*

Good app I just don’t think the tax rate is right

### 4/5 — Overall good app

*2019-01-09*

Only thing I dislike is that I can’t add my break time right after I take it I have to wait until I clock out at the end of the day and sometimes I forget exactly how long the break was😏

### 3/5 — It gets the job done

*2018-09-11*

Recording function is good. Reporting function not so much.

### 5/5 — 👌

*2018-07-26, version 1.0*

This app is awesome. i normally don’t put reviews in for apps but i think this one deserves a good one. it is so convenient and accurate
it helps me keep track of how much money i should be making and it’s so easy to use!
i definitely would recommend this app
it is great!

### 5/5 — Really Good

*2018-04-16, version 1.0*

As a babysitter I need something that will calculate my hours and how much I need to be paid. It also give options for if you worked in restaurants, childcare centres and other occupations that have regular breaks or overtime etc.
Very good app worth the money to upgrade to unlimited jobs although if you have one job you wouldn’t need to upgrade probably.
Love the app

### 5/5 — Brilliant

*2017-11-21, version 1.0*

Beautyfully build amazing app for keeping track of your earnings.

### 3/5 — Best App I Found So Far But Would Like to See Some Improvements

*2017-11-08, version 1.0*

As the title suggests, this is the best that I found for the multiple jobs/hours and wages I have to keep track of. A few issues or things to consider, for some jobs I have deductions and it would be nice to have a spot for that to be included (whereas now, I need to make up a separate job and pay myself the deductions as an hourly wage). It would be great if it worked across devices (iPad/iPhone). Although I have saved it to the cloud and restored it on different devices, the dates and entries only show what I’ve typed on that particular device. It would be nice to have an option to archive items (such as all the jobs in October that I want to keep record of but no longer need for the pay period) and have a way to organize the archived items in folders that I can make. Lastly (for now), I wish there were some sort of memory for jobs and hours so I don’t have to manually put in the date and time every time (Example, click a button that says ‘reoccurring shift’ and have those hours be shown) although the clock in/clock out function is interesting. Food for thought... if this was all possible, I’d pay a yearly subscription fee.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — App is no more working after new update

*2023-11-26, version 1.0*

Good app but new update app not working

### 1/5 — Do not use!

*2020-11-28, version 1.0*

I only gave it a 1 star because it made me choose an option! Purchased this app and used successfully for several months. Was great until it crashed and I lost everything!

So 4 weeks of detailed payroll info is gone. I tried several times to contact support and zero response. A couple weeks later and now I have to try and figure out the hours I worked in October by going through location tracking on my phone, old sent emails and texts 😢. I work in Real Estate so my hours cover 7 days a week and I often work from home late into the evening or at very random times. Some days I clocked in and out 3 to 4 times.

Very disappointed. This will absolutely cost me money as there is no way I will be able to figure out all of the hours.

### 1/5 — No app support whatsoever

*2019-12-09*

There is no support for this app! None of the App Store support links or in app links to support work. The links take you to a generic page that has no support information or any contact information for support. There is no way to actually correspond or speak with anyone at Rapid Technolabs!

If anyone at Rapid Technolabs monitors this review, please provide contact info to app support!

### 1/5 — Rubbish

*2018-09-26, version 1.0*

The whole point of this app to me was to add up basic hours and then any hours extra would calculated at time and one half or double time. Unfortunately everything was calculated at single time meaning a pen and paper would be just as accurate and a lot less hassle.

### 1/5 — Inaccurate time tracking

*2017-12-07*

Pay rate at $15/hour for a minimum of 1/2 hour would calculate the billing invoice at $7.50. App is billing $7.19 for 1/2 hour. Also, there is no option to manually correct the very major error that would cause a great loss in revenue for the user. If the problem is fixed, this would really be a great app.

Please fix immediately!

### 2/5 — Limited use

*2020-06-20, version 1.0*

There is no provision for self employed hours and contract pay. I dont get paid weekly or any specific time period... its per job which may last a day or a few weeks. Thats my time period... not weekly, semi monthly etc.
Too bad.

### 2/5 — 2 improvements are needed

*2020-02-23*

The first and most critical flaw is the lack of easy (or auto!) sync. When using this app on two devices, you have to manually back up the data on the most recently used device to the cloud, and then manually restore the data on the device you intend to use next. While these processes are generally quick, the margin of error increases exponentially by being required to do these steps every time. It’s tedious and shouldn’t be necessary. Major issue loses it two stars for me. And that’s generous, considering what this could cost in billing errors.

The other improvement I’d recommend is more of a suggestion. On each job, there is the option to fill out a percentage for withholding. This number, if used, automatically deducts this amount from the total which would be sent to the person being billed. It would be nice if this feature had the option to calculate a withholding percentage without deducting it from the actual total that gets sent to the person being billed for the hours. For example, if I want to set aside 35% for tax purposes, I’d like to be able to send the gross amount off to the person being billed, and also be able to see how much of that money will be my net. This would just make it easy to keep my money and uncle sam’s money separate in my head from the moment I earn it. So if I were doing $1000 worth of work and sending the statement to the paying client through this app, it would still tell the, to pay $1000 but it would also show me the 35% withholding to be withheld by me, so I’d know that only $650 of that should be counted as liquid on my end.

I’ve done a work around so that I have the visual - but it is tedious, too. What I do is set up the job twice, and duplicate the entries. In one I do it as zero withholding to indicate what the client will pay, and in the duplicate I have it calculate with the withholding, so I know how much of that money will actually be mine, after I pay my taxes...

I hope this feedback results in improvements. And if it does, I will revise my two star rating and edit my review to praise the responsiveness of the developers. Thank you.

The other is more of a recommended improvement that I’d like to see.

### 2/5 — Does not Calculate OT correctly

*2019-08-19*

I like the app so far. If I forget to clock back in from lunch on time I can always go back and change it.
The one thing I noticed since I just finished a pay period, is that this app does not calculate overtime correctly.
I make $16 an hour, so anything over 8 hours in a day would be paid at time and a half which would be $24 an hour.
So 2 hours of overtime should be $48,
the app calculates it at $16???
On the look out for a better app.

### 2/5 — Good app but too many prompts to upgrade

*2019-02-20*

Great to be able to tap check in and check out!
Ask me once a week if u want to upgrade. Don’t ask me every time I open the app.
Also, would be nice if multiple check and check outs per day could summ up to a daily total

### 2/5 — Maybe a glitch?

*2018-08-10, version 1.0*

It’s not correctly calculating my pay for some reason . I’ve punched in my hourly rate and time worked and it’s not showing the right amount.

*2021-10-18*

### 5/5 — Brilliant app

*2020-01-10, version 1.0*

Brilliant app does what it’s supposed too and more, to get time and a half just take your wage half it then ad the answer to the wage eg w/£9 ph + £4.5 = £13.5

### 5/5 — Awesome

*2019-12-19*

I use this app everyday at work to make sure I hit my 40 hours. Very easy to use!

### 5/5 — !

*2019-08-24, version 1.0*

### 5/5 — Nice

*2019-06-13, version 1.0*

### 5/5 — Two thumbs up!

*2019-03-25*

Good app to track down hours and money by the hour.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2018-11-06*

I love this app. It’s easy to use and understand. I use it to keep track of my jobs and payment. It’s awesome 👏.

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2018-10-15, version 1.0*

!!!

### 5/5 — Best app!

*2018-08-29, version 1.0*

I've tried a few apps for keeping track of my hours worked and this one is the best! I work in construction and have to assign my hours to a few projects. This allows me to set jobs for each project and allocate hours accordingly. It's easy when I have to hand my timecard to payroll because I have my pay period all setup within the so I simply look at the reports and it gives the total hours worked.

Only suggestion would to be able to change what intervals you can "clock in" and "clock out" at. I charge per 15 minutes so only need the option of 0:00, 0:15, 0:30 and 0:45.
