## What is 勤怠管理 Work in Time?

クラウド勤怠管理「Work in Time - ワークインタイム」は、ICカードまたはPINコードを使った勤怠打刻管理アプリです。

■勤怠打刻
ICカード(NFC)を使った打刻に対応。※別途、対応するICカードリーダーが必要です。
従業員ごとに設定したPINコードを使って打刻することができます。
打刻の際に位置情報を記録し、何処で打刻されたか把握することができます。
万が一ネットに接続できなかった場合でもローカル時刻で打刻を記録し、
ネットに繋がってから打刻データを送信することができます。

■シフト・休暇申請
スマホ・タブレットから希望のシフトを申請できます。
休暇・有給申請もすべて画面上で完結します。
※スタンダードプランでのみご利用いただけます。

■交通費申請
出先から忘れないうちに交通費を申請することができます。
※スタンダードプランでのみご利用いただけます。

■位置情報の記録
GPSを利用して、外出先で打刻した際の位置情報を記録できます。
位置情報の記録を強制して、位置情報が取得できない場合は打刻できないように設定することもできます。
事業所ごと、または従業員ごとに打刻可能な範囲を設定することで範囲内での打刻のみ許可することもできます。
※打刻位置の制限はスタンダードプランでのみご利用いただけます。

■スケジュール管理
個人のスケジュール管理や社内で共有も可能なスケジュール管理機能です。
カレンダーに勤務シフトを表示させることもできます。
