I’m assuming our office uses it because it is free. Constant problems, system crashes, app errors, no synchronization. Customer support is horrible… If you make the wrong judgment call and sign on with them, be sure to back up EVERYTHING… ### 1/5 — Absolute garbage. Unusable *2026-01-08, version 1.6.4* I have this app on two separate phones and it crashes constantly on both of them. It's always been a bad app but now it's downright unusable. Tech support is useless. IT has logged multiple tickets. Good luck. This app is by far the most infuriating thing I deal with on any given day. Work orders constantly say they’re not longer available to me and just disappear, pictures I attach to work orders never load once you attach them, notes in work orders disappear. There’s literally not one thing I enjoy about this app and I wish my employer would quit forcing me to use it. ### 1/5 — Worst version ever *2025-04-18, version 1.6.1* Fleetmatics developed this great app and supported it well. Since Verizon took it over its worthless. After a recent apple IOS update, the app doesn't work at all. Verizon has no solution and their work around odds to use an older antiquated version of an app. The app is horrible now and doesn't function at all. Do not use. Stay away.
