Save your money and go with another. Bug fixes and small issues might have been addressed but for some reason you are not listening to the end users. The functionality that is needed in the field has never been added. This could have been robust by now so I’m concerned this won’t ever “work” the way we were told it would when we signed on with Verizon Connect. What’s up Product Team? Why is it taking so long to get this going full steam? ### 1/5 — less features than before *2019-03-13, version 1.2.0* why does the site name not appear ANYWHERE on the job in this app!? that’s a crucial piece of information that was listed on the old app and not on this one. they also are forcing users to use this new app (no longer supporting the old app) when it doesn’t even have as much features as the old one. contacting them makes no difference as we’ve told everyone we can about this problem for a long time now and nothing has changed. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — DO NOT GET THIS APP *2026-07-23, version 1.6.7* this app has caused so many issues for the company I work for it constantly crashes and kicks you out of the app it deletes your photos and notes And it destroys your phones battery this is the worst possible app to use ### 1/5 — Absolutely useless *2026-03-24, version 1.6.4* As a service tech, I use this daily. I’m assuming our office uses it because it is free. It’s absolutely 100% useless. ### 1/5 — Works absolutely terrible on I phone but ok on android *2026-03-09, version 1.6.4* I use this app for work and it shuts itself down I can’t see pictures that have been loaded and when I try and load pictures that I’ve took it shuts itself down it’s terrible for iPhone but everyone at my company who use it on android say it works fine ### 1/5 — Don’t walk… RUN! *2026-01-28, version 1.6.4* My company made the mistake of signing on with Fleetmatics in 2016, for the first year or so it was great… then Verizon bought them out. Constant problems, system crashes, app errors, no synchronization. Customer support is horrible… If you make the wrong judgment call and sign on with them, be sure to back up EVERYTHING… ### 1/5 — Absolute garbage. Unusable *2026-01-08, version 1.6.4* I have this app on two separate phones and it crashes constantly on both of them. It's always been a bad app but now it's downright unusable. Tech support is useless. IT has logged multiple tickets. Good luck. Crashes, looses notes, can’t even see where to type titles to photos. This app is by far the most infuriating thing I deal with on any given day. Work orders constantly say they’re not longer available to me and just disappear, pictures I attach to work orders never load once you attach them, notes in work orders disappear. There’s literally not one thing I enjoy about this app and I wish my employer would quit forcing me to use it. ### 1/5 — Worst version ever *2025-04-18, version 1.6.1* Fleetmatics developed this great app and supported it well. Since Verizon took it over its worthless. After a recent apple IOS update, the app doesn't work at all. Verizon has no solution and their work around odds to use an older antiquated version of an app. The app is horrible now and doesn't function at all. Do not use. Stay away. Needs technical work on accuracy all in all it’s OK ### 3/5 — Important updates required *2020-01-01, version 1.3.0* We have been using Verizon connect for a few years in our property maintenance company. This newer app work mobile is a lot quicker and easier to use for the guys in the field but some important features have been removed which is making us look els where. There is no option for quotation on the new app, there advice was for us to use the old outdated app for quotes but these won’t show up in the guys job list. You can only look at jobs two weeks in advance, custom fields you add don’t show on the app. On the office side it lacks ways to chase overdue invoices especially when you have several from one customer. If these issues could be improved I would give it 5 stars!! ### 3/5 — Manager *2018-08-01, version 1.0.0* The new app looks great, cleaned up the job cards etc… Why did you eliminate the option to make quotes on the phone & a tech now cannot start a new job from the phone. Why take away options the old app had? ### 2/5 — Throw some money at it *2019-12-06, version 1.3.0* I assume this app was built to replace what’s now called Work Classic. However, I’m quite sure the developers have given up on fixing bugs, refining the interface, and adding useful features. On a busy day, I’m backed out of the screen I’m working on 40 times as I get the notification that “This job is no longer available.” Are you at all managed by The Verizon that has the #1 network in the US? Verizon Work, Fleetmatics, etc., are not up to par. ### 2/5 — Users Can’t Login *2019-01-30, version 1.2.0* And no one is answering in Customer Support! ### 2/5 — NEED AN ADMIN APP *2019-01-09, version 1.2.0* There needs to be an admin app to make this program valuable. There needs to be a way to protect or hide certain documents or photos from the workers, but within the selected job’s details. Please make this possible. Whether that be a whole new admin app or a way to hide certain documents by putting them into a protective mode of some sort. ### 2/5 — Looks good but limited *2018-08-08, version 1.0.1* Either make another app for managers or make additional features it this one, such as: 1. Creating invoices and quotes, this app meant only for techs thy have an office does all the work at the office in real-times. 2. Take payment via stripe thru the app. 3.
