I received an email notification that my friend added me and I clicked the link but I got an error code “Loading error. Please try again.” I tried repeatedly and I even deleted the app and reinstalled and it still doesn’t work. Please advise. **Developer response:** Hi, Catherine! Our team is unable to replicate but we're continuing to look into this issue. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2022-03-12* I can’t get past the “Statement 1 of 0” page. Sounded great, but doesn’t work. Deleting and re-downloading did nothing. **Developer response:** Sorry to hear you're having trouble. To reset your password, you'll need to visit your specific Work of Art URL from a computer. ### 1/5 — Great idea for program but need to fix the mobile app *2020-09-19* I love the idea of the program and am eager to start an online challenge with my work however it hasn’t even been 1 week since I loaded the app onto my phone and it will not stay open. It consistently closes and when I recheck the App Store, there are no updates for the app. I will still join the challenge however I will have to log my activities via computer and not mobile app. **Developer response:** We're so sorry to hear you're having troubles, Dee! What app in 2020 doesn’t have a first time user option. Most junky app that I have ever seen in the Apple App Store **Developer response:** I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing difficulties! Since use of the mobile app is tied directly to your organization, you first need to register on the URL provided by your employer. Thanks! ### 1/5 — CAN’T LOGIN *2020-05-14* When I try to login, it makes me download the app, login there, and then there’s just a blank screen with the logo. I’m sick of deleting and reinstalling the app, trying to login. I also tried starting all over, but got a message that I already have an account. So much for the alleged bug fixes the App Store says they made a few days ago.There’s no tech support number and I just got an automated email, saying they will contact me in one business day. Well, that’s Friday and if I miss their call from some random number, I won’t get to use the app until Monday at the esrliest. **Developer response:** Hi, Ruth. The first month it worked beautifully but the past two weeks the app wouldn’t open. I had to delete and reinstall to make it work.
