## What is Work Order Closeout Studio?

Work Order Closeout Studio is a paid, local-first closeout workspace for small maintenance teams, field technicians, property operators, installers, and service businesses that need a clean way to finish work orders before client sign-off.

Create manual closeout jobs with client, site, work order, technician, job type, labor hours, material cost, open items, blockers, readiness checkpoints, status lanes, copy-ready packet text, and CSV export. The first closeout view now highlights a client sign-off receipt with the decision, packet readiness, next approval ask, open items, blocker count, and closeout value so the handoff is clear before a job is marked complete.

Use it to separate finished work from follow-ups, document what remains open, and hand a clear completion note to a client or internal reviewer.

The app is intentionally focused and private. It does not scan documents, take photos, record audio, read files, connect to email, calendars, accounting tools, work-order systems, CRMs, cloud drives, payment tools, banks, cameras, microphones, sensors, or external services. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, procurement, compliance, safety, construction, repair, or warranty advice, require login, show ads, track users, use analytics SDKs, cloud sync, or upload records to a developer server.
