## What is Work Register?

Work Register is a task and team management app built for small businesses, agencies, and growing teams that need real accountability — not just another to-do list.

Organize work into Projects, Jobs, and Tasks. Assign them. Track them through To Do → Doing → Done. And, when work is finished, route it through a clear two-level approval flow (Checker → Authoriser) so nothing slips through.

KEY FEATURES
  • Project, Job & Task hierarchy — break big work into bite-sized pieces
  • Multi-level approval workflow — Checker and Authoriser sign-off built in
  • Role-based access — Super Admin, Authoriser, Checker, Auditor, Maker, Member
  • Team chat — end-to-end encrypted messaging with media sharing
  • Attendance & Leave tracking — clock-in, clock-out, leave requests
  • Approvals inbox — review completions, edits, and deletions in one place
  • Org Chart, Departments & Responsibility Levels — see how your team is structured
  • Leaderboard — recognize top performers
  • Activity log — full audit trail of who did what, when
  • Multi-company support — switch between organizations from one account
  • Works offline — local cache keeps you productive without signal
  • Secure Google Sign-In with biometric protection on sensitive actions

WHO IT'S FOR
  • Small and mid-sized teams that need structured workflows
  • Service businesses, consultancies, and agencies
  • Operations and admin teams who need approval trails
  • Anyone tired of tasks getting lost in chat threads and spreadsheets

WHY WORK REGISTER
Most task apps stop at "done." Work Register adds the layer real teams need — verification. Every completed task can be checked by a reviewer and authorised by a manager, giving you a defensible record of work and a clear chain of accountability.

Sign in, create your company in seconds. Add your team member’s email. Start running your work seamlessly.
