I’ll be honest. I came into this hobby the way most of us do: completely unprepared and dangerously addicted to YouTube tutorials. One video on wet blending leads to another on zenithal priming, which somehow ends with you at midnight watching a guy in the UK paint a 3mm boot and thinking, “I need that exact shade of Mournfang Brown.” And so you buy it. Again. For the third time.
Yes, 3 bottles of the same color. Not because I’m passionate. Because I am, apparently, a goldfish in a hobby store. At over $5.00 a pot, my inability to remember what I already own wasn’t just embarrassing, it was an expensive personality flaw.
