Each time you pull up today’s tasks, you need to refresh the day multiple times, because each time you add or change a task, it goes back to a dated older task list, that you have to again refresh. Also if I were to go to “my work” cant filter on the iPhone, the screen just doesn’t fit all the filter selections. To be honest, I use this app just to add tasks in the go, but use my iPad or laptop to look at everything holistically and to prioritize. ### 3/5 — Crashes quite a bit *2016-09-03, version 2.9.0* Exploring the teams section of the app makes it crash every time. I been carrying around a small pocketbook jotting things I need to do, which requires a pen. But this electronic interface allows me to do the same thing. I like the different "streams" and how I can prioritize and give a status on things I need to follow up. Downloaded the app but it never asked me to register my email and password so can't open the app. Read other reviews that had same challenge but was willing to chalk it up to user error. It's not. Don't waste your time downloading till the bug gets fixed...its a big one. Disappointed! P.S. Just figured out that the trick was to register thru the sponsored link on Facebook. I can quickly decide if it’s a good use of my time to keep upcoming meetings based on their agenda, or if I should spend time prepping and adding to agendas - which I also do right from the app. The app has also made it really easy to give myself reminders, and manage my personal to-do list and work to-do list all in one place. ### 5/5 — LongList *2017-08-29, version 3.1.2* Love how fast i can add action items in the new version!!
