I have been using the workbooks web app for several months which remains to be quite buggy. Having just spot checked the native iOS app, it's apparent that if you're wanting a contact data base for phone numbers and addresses this is great. If however you're as field sales man and want to complete meetings, quote follow ups etc on the go, then it really doesn't give you any benefit as it's not offering the same functionality as the desktop version for several processes.

One of the most important function with CRM is being able to track and complete meetings with next action, this app doesn't allow for this which is somewhat disappointing. You can by all means completed a meeting but you have to set up the next action as a totally independent task?

There is a lot of room for improvement and the GUI would benefit from an overhaul it seems very dated when compared to a modern app designed around the latest OS.

Customer information available at my fingertips and on the go.  The same or similar interface to Workbooks CRM on the web and on a larger screen.  What's not to like?

Very familiar look and feel coming from using Workbooks CRM on my laptop. I didn’t find myself hankering to get my laptop or iPad out, as this app delivered everything I need most often, via the totally familiar Workbooks springboard.

Love the fact I can see my management dashboards on my phone and it’s works with Face ID. 

Makes it’s easy to keep on top of my sales metrics on the move.

This is exactly what I was looking for.  Access to all my Workbooks data on my iPad.  

Easy to use if you use Workbooks Desktop already. Everything from that version but convenient to use.
