Ok, logging back in is typically easier (one touch) but it does occasionally ask for annoying two step verification. I hate 2SV - it’s annoying and a waste of my time. You don’t need it on your own device. I did click “Don’t ask me again on this device” but a fat lot of notice it took. :-( Biggest suggestions: Offer the user the chance to opt out of 2SV - and respect the user’s choice. Still not biometrics. ### 2/5 — Interface issue. *2026-06-29* Have you tried using this app on your phone yourself? When the system text size is increased, some labels and interface elements become invisible; the text is hidden behind the interface. ### 2/5 — Pretty packaging, lower functionality *2026-05-14* This was unnecessary. At least on the ESS app, you could actually sync and desync your schedule to your calendar in a couple of clicks. Now you have to email your schedule to yourself and individually synch each day from your phone’s browser. So annoying!! And if there are any changes, you have to resend the entire week’s schedule to yourself email again and find the date(s) which have changed, resynch them, and then manually delete the old days in your calendar (unless you just wanna manually edit the calendar entry) **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. More complex and can’t sync to calendar. When I click on the address, I wasn’t functioning. I don’t see any good reason for switching to this. ### 1/5 — Login doesn’t work *2026-04-05* I had no issue for the pass couple of weeks but as of yesterday and today I tried to login it won’t recognize my password and I typed everything correctly and also changed it but still won’t work. ### 1/5 — Slow App *2026-04-04* My job made me switch to this app for our scheduling app over ESS. I gotta say this is by far one of the worst apps I’ve ever used this app does not allow you to sync your calendar, but also it allows you to share your calendar via email and you get an error trying to do so. At this point, I just prefer a print out copy of my schedule over this app. I like the UI design and the layout, but just the back end of the app is just terrible and sometimes slow. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. We acknowledge the calendar sync issue and we are working on a fix that should be available soon. ### 1/5 — Worse than Before *2026-03-30* Employer moved from Reflexis ESS 41 to this app. Was previously able to sync schedule directly to my phone calendar with one menu option. Said feature has been removed and replaced with an email link that is coded for EST only (if using iPhone and the apple calendar app the synced calendar is off by exactly the time zone, other calendar services may not experience the same issue however iPhone users make up a large portion of the population, this shouldn’t have been a problem especially since a solution existed in the older app, this app is from the same company). This is making the process of syncing my schedule to my phone calendar a 5 step process. If I could I would burn this app irl. Most barebone garbage app with worse features then the older clunky app. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. Truly insane. Whoever you paid, to make this app, should be forced to give that salary back. I would give it 0 stars if able. This is literally the ESS app, with a different screen. The ess app, everyone hates. You’d think, you could develop a half decent app being that it’s 2026. ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2026-03-27* My company decided to make us use this app. Not sure why, the other one worked better. It is too hard to navigate to do what I am looking for. It doesn’t seem to sync my schedule to my calendar, and when it does, it syncs it to Eastern time that doesn’t work for me since I am in the pacific time zone. Hopefully this will be fixed soon. Hard to plan around a work schedule when I don’t have the opportunity to just look at my calendar. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. We acknowledge the calendar sync issue and we are working on a fix that should be available soon. ### 1/5 — Terrible app glitches *2026-03-27* My job made us switch to this app just recently and I’ve had nothing but issues it says im “not at location” when i am clearly inside the building, even after refreshing a handful of times which made me lose a minute on multiple of my shifts and now its adding up I’ve had shifts marked with a (!) when i do everything on time it never works on time with the button because of the glitches this app needs to be deleted im tired of this ### 3/5 — Save *2026-03-27* I really like the app . It’s like my 4 day using but I don’t like one that you can’t save your schedule automatically to your calendar. Won’t be using it again. ### 1/5 — Does not work on my iPad *2026-07-14* Same as other review comes up with red banner and wants a code why can I get it on my iPhone and not iPad, prefer pad as it’s bigger to read and navigate ### 1/5 — Does not want to work on my iPad *2026-07-08* I’m trying to install this on my iPad which just comes up with a red banner every time I stay in the queue code. It just goes in a loop and it comes up with device. Registration failed device a tributes or mini version not defined for this device, when you tell me that it’s capable for my iPad. ### 1/5 — Login not recognized *2026-06-29* Very hard to get login into the app when it does not recognize my login information. I have logged in before and did not any trouble getting into the app. Now I have issues getting into the app. ESS app did the same thing and this is getting old. My schedule changes often at work and I need to be able to log in daily to confirm my shifts. Half the time it won’t even let you log in. When you can log in the pages are buggy or slow or both. It’s even more unreliable than the previous app. ### 1/5 — Terrible functionality *2026-06-24* “Not required to switch from ESS to this new app,” they said, before forcing us to switch to an app that is somehow even more poorly optimized in every single way. Obnoxious to sign in, doesn’t sync, screen goes white, annoying to navigate. If switching apps is going to be “optional,” at least make this one worthwhile. ### 1/5 — Help *2026-05-23* This app was genuinely working for me at first and it never gave me an issue until now. Idk what happened during the last 24h but the app won’t let me login to see my schedule like I don’t get why tho because I’ve put my id number and password correctly but it says it’s wrong and to try again which is weird I even tried to create a new password but it won’t work either idk what to do no more. ### 1/5 — Blank white screen *2026-04-22* Upon opening the app, there is a blank white screen, when I tried to report the problem through the app, it’s a dead end with no working link to submit the complaint. ### 1/5 — Glitches often and very slow *2026-04-20* I had to switch to this app for work and it’s been such a pain. This last year no new employees have been able to download schedule app. ### 5/5 — Lousy app *2026-04-04* I can be standing in the middle of my store and this app tells me I’m not at the location. ### 4/5 — CALENDAR SYNC AND TEXT 2 FACTOR AUTHENTICATION PLEASE!!! *2026-04-21* Ugh I wanted to love this app so much because of the more up-to-date layout and ease than the ESS app my job previously used but for the love of all things good PLEASE let us sync our schedule to our calendar and have an option for iPhone to use text messaging as a way to verify our sign in credentials!! This app is sooooo much better than ESS but those 2 issues annoy me so bad!! I clock in and out appropriately and then after my shift the app says I’m late clocking in. Sigh ### 3/5 — The app needs more personalisation options *2026-08-16* Overall as a user all I do is Read only. I generally don’t use it to update anything but I do need it to keep an eye on my schedule however there does not appear to be an option for night mode or day mode you have to rely on the phones. Options but in dark mode it’s very difficult to decipher some of the schedules so it’ll be nice to be able to toggle light or dark mode whenever you want ### 3/5 — Stay signed in option *2026-07-31* Every other place I’ve worked at has used apps like hot schedules and they have a “stay signed in” feature, would love to see this feature added due to me constantly having to use the app. The design besides that is great and very user friendly. ### 3/5 — Better that ESS45 *2026-07-20* Better than ESS45 (just) but doesn’t allow facial recognition on iOS devices.
