Don’t want just the days. ### 2/5 — US biased *2024-12-31, version 2.3.6* Just what I was looking for - a countdown of working days to my retirement - but a bit disappointed. Date format is US only (my/dd/yyyy) making it trickier to enter UK dates, plus it has US holidays by default only. Adding UK holidays is manual and if you fall foul of the mm/dd format, they don’t move up/down in the holiday list when corrected. I now have Easter in between Sep & Nov - and can only delete/re enter to correct that. Then there’s a great field for ‘vacation hours’ … but it doesn’t tell you whether that’s your annual allowance or the total till your chosen end date. Finally the fee to unlock ‘premium’ features seems extremely high. However, these settings often don’t work, so remaining days appear much higher sometimes - no rhyme or reason, no link to report this issue. Frustrating. I’m considering searching for a different app. ### 3/5 — Not accurately calculating *2024-06-25, version 2.2.1* The app doesn’t accurately days to work, example: retiring on 02Jun2025. App says 236 days. This is not correct. I work, on average, 20 days a month without deducting vacation or holidays. 11 months times 20 days equals 220 days. ### 4/5 — Vacation hours not deducted consistently. *2024-06-19* Please fix the bug that doesn’t subtract vacation hours. My intent was to have the work time show the exact amount of time you have left at work, so the days will be ~8 hours, if that makes sense? ### 3/5 — Needs a fix *2024-05-09* I have it on IOS. This app needs a fix where it refreshes when you open the app. It gets locked on the last time you opened it. You have to hard close it, then relaunch to get it to work properly. **Developer response:** This is the EXACT issue I just fixed. Thanks for bringing it to my attention. With Version 2.2.5, the app should refresh every time it is opened. Please fix. ### 1/5 — Incorrect time *2025-08-01, version 2.3.6* Last week I had 96 days, today I have 109. Doesn’t make sense. It’s not the first time I see this inconsistency. Bummer, I was enjoying the app. ### 1/5 — Awful, even after going to Premium *2025-01-26* Approximately 1 1/2 years to retirement, and picked this countdown app. Only a few backgrounds, and ads. Purchased the Premium upgrade. No additional backgrounds, ads still showing, tried the link to ask the developers question about that. Even that link did not work. What a ripoff. For the first time ever, requested a refund from Apple. ### 1/5 — Calculations are not correct *2024-11-08* I have today (Friday) set as an added holiday because it’s a personal day. Yesterday the calculations were correct. But today when I opened the app, it treated today like a work day. I force-closed the app and re-installed it, and the app now displayed it as a non-work day in that the the hours/mins/secs were zero, but days count was one day lower than it should have been. ### 1/5 — Stopped working *2024-09-16, version 2.3.3* I had this app and really liked it however it stopped working and I couldn’t get it working again. ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your time. *2024-07-02, version 2.2.1* Number of days left are constantly changing back and forth. After the holiday it was accurate. The day before my retirement it started adding 5 hours to time left. The morning of it was 4 hours over. When got down to under 2 hours left the app was still off by + 1. Unsure how to get those vacation days subtracted because hard closing the app then reopening it doesn’t work.
