Really great job whoever came up with this idea. I’ve already used them for house, kitchen, washroom, ducts & furnace cleaning. Different people showed up for the work but they all were professional, work quality was excellent and rates were competitive. Convenience is the key!! I see they have many more services and I’ll be using them for snow removal this season and later for my car cleaning as well. App is smooth. Customer service is great. I’ve had a couple of my clients use it too and they all have had good experiences. Workeefy charged me for 4 mins ... this is ridiculous- although the amount was $10 but it’s really frustrating the way this works .. I am deleting this app and highly recommend nor to use this app. Instead google it and find somebody close by. ### 1/5 — Worst app/company ever... *2019-06-10, version 1.0.10* Zero stars... This is the worst company. I made (2) bookings for cleaning services. The first time was May 2019 - they had to reschedule my appointment and never rescheduled. After communicating with their “Customer service” I was promised a $20 credit and rescheduling at THEIR earliest convenience; Neither of these things ever happened, and my order was cancelled without notification. No $20 credit. The second time I tried to book cleaning about a month later. My request was immediately cancelled; and I received an email saying that they cannot service my area. I live in Ottawa, where they advertise, which makes this so ridiculous.
