I love the smart lists because even though it’s not the full site I can still get the items i need for my everyday tasks. Although there is more to the website, I think the app is a great “short cut” feature to allow you to access some of the items when you’re not near your computer. Very user friendly and easy to train others on. ### 4/5 — WorkEtc App Gives Suitable Mobile Access *2017-12-15, version 3.1.19.1* WorkEtc is a great tool my company has been using for years. The app is a good way to use the service because the site is not fully responsive. However, smart lists are missing or hard to find. I still prefer the website and think apps are a waste of time when websites can simply be made responsive instead. Edit: It has been a year or two so I gave the app a try again. While it is not perfect, it has significantly improved and now is much better than simply using the standard website on mobile. ### 4/5 — OK intergration with Web App *2017-06-05, version 3.1.17* Have used this App occassionally to access WorkEtc. I'm never without my laptop so I tend to use that more than accessing WorkEtc by my mobile device. When I have used it, I've never had problems with it; although it can be slow sometimes. Would recommend it for WorkEtc users as it can be useful to access your data when you're not near a laptop! ### 4/5 — Easy to use. Clean and modern feel. *2016-09-16, version 3.1.17* I've used worketc on the web for well over a year and really like it. The app looks and feels differently than the website; I wish the website resembled the app as it has a cleaner and easier to navigate feel. The app gives you access to some of the most commonly used features. I really like the support cases is so easy to access. Even easier than online. Timesheets are so easy to do! Some things that I would love to have is access to the invoice tab. Being able to generate and see an invoice is important to our employees so they customer can pay on the spot. There's no access to see any reporting. Overall I like it, and use it regularly when out and about; but I still use the web as the place to do mostly everything. ### 4/5 — Nice to have *2016-08-30, version 3.1.17* Nice to have the app option for on the go. Not difficult to find what you're looking for especially if used to using the desktop version. The iPhone app needs some work to bring it up to the robustness, flexibility, and usefulness of the web application. Otherwise solid! ### 4/5 — Best investment to date *2016-03-17, version 3.1.11* Our company has been using WorkETC now for about 3 years and it has saved us in time, labor, and integration costs. The new iOS application allows us to manage our support cases when we are out and complete billing all from the mobile device. The only improvement that needs to be made that I have found is the application is only for employees and is not a customer portal application. Adding customer functionality would be a great option. ### 4/5 — Good on the go companion to web version *2016-02-24, version 3.1.10* Overall this is a handy on the go companion to the web version of Worketc. I do like the time sheet timer but it needs to show actual time being logged not total duration even though it seems to capture the logged time. Also enabling login via finger ID would be nice as I'm logging in frequently. Accessing a specific item is easy but I don't think I could effectively use just the app. ### 4/5 — Useful App when you are on the go *2016-01-27, version 3.1.10* I'm using WorkETC App in an iPhone so obviously the experience is limited when you compare to the web based version. The App is quite useful when you are on the go and in a pinch, you want to check somebody address or phone quickly so I would see it as rolodex on steroids. The project feature although well resolved, can get too confusing to be your only "on the go" solution. So when you are visiting somebody is really good to have it at hand in your smartphone but for "sales on the go" I'd still keep my laptop (or maybe a tablet) ### 5/5 — Simple, Fast, Easy *2016-01-26, version 3.1.10* Just what you’d expect in an app. We really love how easy it is to update tickets, projects and leads on the go. We were thrilled to be able to find an app that we could combine CRM, Project Management, and a Ticketing/Help Desk. I love the work etc phone app! Client call while I am out? No problem! I have everything I need right at my fingertips! From billing to time sheets to the ability to contact my team at any time with questions and a streamlined ticking system this iPhone app does it all so I can work right from my phone no matter where I am! ### 5/5 — Wow - In a Small Package *2015-12-07, version 3.1.9* What a delight….an integrated product that actually works as expected. Its always difficult to take an application that is bubbling over with information and try to cram it into a very small space..and I laugh as I look at my iPhone 6s Plus..and the iPad Pro next to it. The functionality is BETTER THAN the new Salesforce Lightening….there are two things that would be on our with list…..a mobile ADMINISTRATOR APP would save myself and our other admins from having to carry a laptop at all times. We were VERY impressed that the app was available through the Apple Volume Purchase Program for managed distribution of managed apps. We are going to be very interested to see how it deploys under the Apple, Google and Okta MDM solutions ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Keeps crashing *2020-02-03, version 4.0.4* Keeps crashing on iPhone 11. Slow searching for contacts ### 1/5 — Basically confined to using the web browser *2018-02-05, version 3.1.20* This app needs work. No one can provide any videos.on how to use. I have zero confidence in this app to perform like the web browser does. Cannot make a discussion. Making a ticket , uses my email address instead of the one on the web which is our catch all. Not a reflection of the web browser crm we trust. If your going to spam at least make an effort to do it well lol I assume your supposed to have an account with a website somewhere, but it doesn't say it on here, it doesn't say it on the app...? Shouldn't it tell you on the sign up page at least? "Click here to register" would be great? ### 1/5 — Very disappointing... *2012-03-11, version 1.2.4* The CRM aspects if this app are so minimal and kludgy in their functionality it's barely more than a beta test product. I can't see how or why I would use this app (I need to see all of my fields, including custom fields, I need to see lead data, I need to see data in one click and not in only an edit mode, etc.). I didn't even try out the other features in this app (such as projects or calendar) because the CRM function was so lacking. I much prefer how Podio does their app...if not for their lack of bi-lateral calendar syncing with my google apps customer I think their app would have sold me on their product over WorkETC. Very intuitive access to support tickets, Projects, company and individual contacts, notes, knowledge base and more. I prefer working on a large screen, whether a laptop or desktop, but having access to pop to the minute information while I'm on the road is awesome. I know I know so early 2000’s. So when I jump into WORKetc I was like yippee! It’s easy to use and does almost everything I need it to do. They quickly redeemed themselves with the better app! It loads quickly and is a great tool for our remote directors to stay connected to their accounts and in-step with our customer service. The contact functionality is nice for mobile users as you can quickly access phone and email to reach out.
