## What is Workflow Pilot?

Workflow Pilot brings your SAP approval inbox to your phone. Purchase order and requisition approvals land in one place, so managers approve, reject, or send back on the spot — without opening SAP GUI or Fiori on a desktop.

It runs against your existing SAP — classic ECC or on-premise / private S/4HANA. No SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and no SAP Task Center required. The device connects directly to your own SAP system over your network, so your data never passes through a third party.

 • Approve, Reject (with a mandatory reason), or send back
 • Live data from your SAP system — always current
 • Face ID / fingerprint unlock; nothing stored beyond the device

DECISIONS ARE REAL SAP DECISIONS
Every approval executes in SAP, as the signed-in user. Release strategies, authorizations, and segregation of duties run server-side — the app holds no business logic, and SAP's own workflow log records the decision.

FOR SAP CUSTOMERS
Uses standard, released SAP OData services. Your administrator issues an organisation code that connects the app to your SAP system; each user signs in with their own SAP credentials. No SAP credentials are stored on our servers.

This update makes signing in more reliable across different SAP setups.

  • Broader SAP compatibility — the app now detects which version of the workflow service your system publishes, instead of assuming one. Systems that previously refused the connection now work without any change on the SAP side.

  • Clearer messages — if a connection or sign-in doesn't succeed, the app now tells you whether to check your password, your network, or speak to your SAP administrator, instead of showing a technical error.

  • Quicker to get back in — after a short break, returning to the app asks for Face ID or your fingerprint rather than your SAP password again.

  • Tidier sessions — your SAP session is now properly closed when you sign out or run a connection test, instead of being left open.
