## What is Workflow Solution?

Workflow Management System empowers users to navigate their tasks easily. Through the workflow app, technicians have access to a streamlined list of tasks and incoming requests. They can select a task or job with a simple click on the accept button and proceed to execute it by following the provided checklist. Supervisors can monitor task status through the workflow app, ensuring oversight and verification of completion by technicians. Additionally, updated notifications provide real-time progress updates for each task or request.
