Support is virtually non exsistent. It is a clunky poor version of mypass. Contracting company’s we are in a labour shortage and we have the power in our hands to refuse support to company’s that have this abomination for site access. Stand together and withdraw services to send a clear message. After 3 months of attempting to load up previously aquired quals I have had to repeat them. Same qual number. My lost time is another expense absorbed by my employer. No one else in the free world would accept paying twice to do the exact same cost.
