It hasn’t worked properly for a long time. It’s too bad, since I can’t proof items in a web browser on the iPad, either. Hoping Adobe can sort something out so I don’t have to fire up a laptop just to proof a design. ### 1/5 — Has to ask for pw everytime *2021-04-21, version 20.0.8* What’s the point of asking for verification every time? It crashes all the time. It’s not made for mobile. Hitting the left ui elements is a gamble. I use the Proof app by going through the main Workfront app, and as soon as it opens the Proof app, it starts to glitch out and then crash after just a few seconds. Never mind the terrible User experience. If you click on view proof in WF, it prompts you to open WF Proof but then doesn’t take you to the doc you were trying to view. You have to navigate around to find it. And to view the proof, which seems to be the point of the app, you have to click on three dots for the command. Took me a while to figure that out the first time I used the app. It should be so hard to view a proof. ### 1/5 — Less than one star *2019-06-27, version 19.1.1* It won't work, tells me to download the app which I have even deleted and reinstalled, tells me my email is invalid, my password is invalid and then refers me to the app store. It forces you to use the app so can’t view it on the web app which is very annoying considering the app isn’t working. I can’t recommend this to my clients so I tell them to just review on desktop. Terrible UI. Regularly unresponsive. Buttons don’t not work, you can’t look at a proof side by side with a previous version, you cannot see comments. You basically can’t do any of the normal functions of PHQ. Deleting now. Not getting any notification that you were killing off the app to launch your “Workfront” version made me believe that the original had yet to be updated to work with the latest IOS. Not sure why you think that this gradual merge, shift, implementation of your acquisition needs to be almost subliminal rather than taking the opportunity to clearly keep your “paying” customers informed of the comprando product we are essentially supporting.
