As of yesterday several of my teammates and I have stopped receiving notifications for new hours being released. I checked to make sure I had enabled notifications in the app as well as in phone settings, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, etc. No good.

I attempted to log in and none of my credentials work even though i have no issue accessing my account on my computer. When you select forgot password it gives you the same error sign every time no matter what you do even deleting and re downloading doesn’t help. Don’t waste your time

App doesn’t have a lot of features, and is a pain to use. The last two updates were ‘required’, couldn’t postpone it at all. The first update wiped out all of my info, wouldn’t let me login or reset my password (tried for over an hour). Had to delete and reinstall app, then it worked. The most recent update? Also required, downloaded the update and it keeps asking me to accept the privacy policy. There is NO WHERE to accept it so it only shows the website for the company. Can’t get to nor view my schedule or pay or anything. It STINKS
