### 4/5 — Very helpful app!

*2026-02-04, version 2.16.2*

As a consultant, this app is very helpful to track billable hours. I trust that the developer will keep streamlining it, and would prefer that the “timer” button be hidden so it cannot be activated by mistake.

*2026-01-21*

### 5/5 — Simple and perfect

Does exactly what I want and nothing that I don’t want.

### 5/5 — An invaluable app for freelancers and contractors

*2026-01-13*

A flexible yet straightforward app that syncs with my mac. It is critical for my keeping track of my time as a contractor who works for different organizations. It even helps keep track of hours billed and payed for. Can also be used to keep track of how you spend your time in any way, not just work.

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2026-01-07*

Best time tracking app and I’ve tried them all. Only request is lock screen widgets. Would be super helpful to have that running so you can see it without your phone being open.

**Developer response:** Thanks for your positive feedback! I will soon have a closer look if it's feasible to add lock screen widgets - it would certainly be a very useful addition!

### 5/5 — Schnelle Antworten auf Bugs und Features.

*2026-01-01, version 2.13.13*

*2025-12-23*

### 5/5 — Great app, hope to see more from this developer

*2025-12-23, version 2.13.13*

I use this all the time for work and is truly great. It also cleanly integrates with Subtotal(also highly reccomend) so I don't need to worry about tracking how much I need to get paid anymore. The one time subscription is also definately worth it and great that it doesn't repeat - pay once, get benefits.

### 5/5 — Best Time Tracker!

*2025-11-04*

This is the best time tracker I’ve ever found. I’ve been using it for years and love that it is not overcomplicated, yet still fully functional and effective.

I’ve taken deep dives into countless time tracking apps, and I have never been able to stick with one until WorkingHours. All the features and bells and whistles make the other ones a job in itself to manage. I don’t have time for that. I just want to track my time and be done with it.

My favorite feature of WorkingHours is that it incorporates the Pomodoro method. I have it set up so that I only work on one task for three Pomodoro’s. And then I switch to another task. It’s great for someone like me with ADHD who vacillates between not being able to start a project and then becoming completely lost in that project to where we lose track of time.

### 4/5 — Coole App

*2025-10-21, version 2.13.6*

*2025-10-09*

Freut mich sehr

### 5/5 — Easy and useful

*2025-10-06, version 2.13.4*

This app does exactly what I’ve been looking for and I really appreciate that it’s a one time purchase

### 5/5 — Fantastic, functional, and robust

*2025-08-22, version 2.13.3*

See title

### 5/5 — Wie für mich gemacht

*2025-07-10*

### 5/5 — No-login time tracking is great

*2025-07-03*

I started using your app b/c it was the only time tracking app on the market without a login. But it was far more featureful than I expected and it has been a complete delight to use. Super easy to get my tracking in, and figure out how much to bill. ❤️

**Developer response:** Thanks a lot for taking the time to leave this review. I’m glad the no-login approach and features are working well for you and making your time tracking and billing easier. Appreciate the kind words!

### 5/5 — La mejor relación calidad precio

*2025-06-23, version 2.12.8*

### 1/5 — You have to buy separate app for mac os

*2024-04-17, version 2.10.20*

Latest edit (16 april 2024)
I have now read full your review (email doesnt provide such). You are wrong. And your conclusions are wrong!
First moment: I provided you cheaper apps. You have to check again. ATracker costs $4.99 for full version for Mac OS and iOS, TimeDeposit cost me $3.99 (now it is $14.99) - it is also cheaper than what you offer! $9.99 for iOS, $9.99 for Mac OS. So total $19.98. Compare three numbers, basic problem
Second moment: i didn’t vote for the subscription or didn’t ask you for cheaper price. Where have you found that? I noted that there are apps that are for both iOS and Mac OS and that are cheaper that your solution! And they have their functionality working on MacOS and iOS! That’s all!
Are you planning any offers/discounts for MacOS app, so people who bought iOS version could also try/buy MacOS version?

Editeditedit: ok Editedit: thank you again for the reply! Being client-oriented is the key mantra nevertheless.. The list of apps is a bit lower: ATrackerPro, TimeDeposit as examples. Read section after “edit” regarding the support of iOS app on M chip Mac OS. Thank you for your effort to make the app as good as possible! It is very important to put your soul into the app and make it as good as for your own use👍 There is no need to make companion app for mac os paid. Check other developers, they make cross platform app with one-time purchase >>>>READ HERE, dev: Edit. Hi! Thank you for the reply. Yes, there are indeed such apps. For example aTracker Pro (you are able to download iPad version for Mac OS and it works fine), TimeDeposit - cross platform. You are able to switch timers from menu bar. Approximately the same functionality as your app in term of timetracking. I understand the moment with bills, thank you for the possibility to download the app and try it for free, but most people use MacOS and since we are unable to use full app from iOS on Mac (somehow we are not able to download iPad version on Mac), this app seems useless

**Developer response:** Hi and thanks for supporting indie app development! In order to keep costs low and avoid those annoying and expensive subscriptions that seem to be everywhere these days, the Pro version is bound to the App Store Account and requires a separate purchase per platform (iOS, macOS, Windows or Android). This info is shown in the app before you buy as well as in the Store description. You find more details about it in the app's FAQ. Please let me know what I could further improve to avoid any confusion. If it turns out that this model is not what users are expecting, I will consider switching to a subscription model in the future. The apps you pointed out are not cheaper than WokringHours. They are even more expensive, as they are charging subscriptions. As I pointed out in my earlier responses and as can be read in the FAQs in more detail, it is not possible to make the WorkingHours app even cheaper than it already is. The only alternative is subscription and I will take your review as a "vote" to change my pricing model to that. The current pricing is clearly and accurately disclosed before purchasing the Pro version and everyone can decide for himself if it's a good deal or not. A 1 star review solely on the basis that it's "not cheap enough" is something I cannot understand

### 1/5 — Not working

*2024-03-04, version 2.10.12*

The past two months when I export the file the date is no longer displayed and it’s just random numbers. This isn’t helpful when I’m submitting it to be paid.

### 1/5 — Waste of time

*2023-10-05, version 2.9.42*

It was a complete waste of time and money.

### 1/5 — 6 days trial

*2023-06-17, version 2.9.38*

Only gives 6 day trial then cuts you off.

### 2/5 — iWatch Support Soon. Please. thank You!

*2024-08-30, version 2.10.27*

iWatch Support Soon. Please. thank You!

### 2/5 — Not well sync with PC and IOS

*2020-06-18, version 2.4.0*

Does not sync well with windows there is always a days delay

### 3/5 — Works great, but Pomodoro lacking

*2025-02-24, version 2.11.29*

Wish it had the ability to pause the Pomodoro timer rather than just stop the session entirely. I don’t want to restart the whole session just because somebody popped into the office for 2 minutes. Would also accept skipping to and pausing at the next break and picking up from there on resume as it doesn’t make much sense to pause and restart work block.

### 5/5 — Ich lieb's

*2026-08-10*

### 5/5 — This horse

*2026-07-18*

I’m backing this horse

### 5/5 — Does what it says

*2026-06-15*

It’s been nice as a physician to actually measure my time on site. Very useful. Only problem is sometimes Apple will automatically shut off the location access of the app so you should make certain to log in from time-to-time.

### 5/5 — Funktional und Übersichtlich

*2026-06-03*

*2026-06-02*

**Developer response:** Merci beaucoup !
