I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall it to get it to work again. The app itself is great and deserves five stars. It’s really changed my life for the better, when I signed up they reached out to me right away and I was able to get the ball rolling, before Workit I had to take time off work every single month for visits, and sometimes multiple days of in a month if I had to get blood work, urine screens and what not, my boss’s really frowned upon may having to take so many days off because I operate heavy machinery with 4 to 10 laborers or carpenters working along side of me and those guys can’t do their work if the machine isn’t running and operators are limited in the field so Workit health being online I’m able to do my visit during lunch break or tell my boss and Crew what time my appointment is so we can try to have lunch at that time so my crew isn’t just standing around for the hour waiting on me while I’m at my appointment, I highly recommend Workit Health, especially if your workplace relies on you to be there as much as mine does me. I honestly don’t have any negative feedback to give or I would, they always want to help, they respond back quickly when I message with a question, pharmacy issues, or anything. I thought it would have some kind of detrimental effect on my professional life. I’m pleased to say that WorkIt Health has made things easy from day 1 for me. They are always there if I need to talk to them about anything, they have optional support groups and optional little 1-3 minute courses that I have found to be very informational and helpful. They will treat you like a friend because most of WorkIt Health employees are in recovery themselves so they know what you’re going through. So far, the only effect it’s had on my life as a whole is that I save a lot of money by getting a prescription filled instead of buying them off the street, and my quality of life is better along with my health, and I have so much more time now that I’m not going in circles trying to find what I need so I don’t get sick. I’m about to graduate with an associates degree, I have a bank account with money in it, and I’m seeking a job I’ve always dreamt of. Sneaky expensive *2026-06-02, version 4.6.4* They will NOT tell you what the costs are. They’ll take your information, book a call with you, book follow ups, add you to groups and chats and call that “enhanced care” and charge you even more money for that and then after you received the services you find out that it costs THOUSANDS of dollars. They hide the prices from you as long as they possibly can. Then they just say “fill out a grievance form and go on a payment plan”. They are not transparent at all. They string you along and then bill you ridiculous amounts. When you finally get a bill, you owe thousands of dollars that you were not expecting because they give misleading estimates. Their commercials are misleading regarding the cost and prices. It is a scam. They take advantage of you. You’re in a bad place if you’re going to them for therapy and they know that and they prey on you financially. They’re intentionally vague and misleading in the app. It’s just another way to kick someone who’s already down. I would give it zero stars if I could. I tried to resolve the billing issue for weeks and they just kept giving me the runaround until it was too late. I have no doubt that built into their business model is the idea “let’s get people on calls asap and on medications they need before they find out how expensive we are”. When they find out the price they will cancel their subscription but by then, we’ve made thousands so what do we care? Shame on this company. This model and this hidden cost approach will be outlawed soon. There’s no way this is legal (for long) … that’s how bad this was. ### 1/5 — Service *2026-04-02, version 4.3.4* I’ve never in my life tried to get help for myself espically we’re they advertise a certain treatment and then when asked told I was to busy to handle that strike 1 I haven’t been canceled on more in my life then tha company. They obviously and with action proven they are just another mill operating and charging and then canceled on I was self pay worst money spent on self. Do not sign up here does not have our best interest at heart ! ### 1/5 — BEWARE!!! *2026-03-11, version 4.3.4* This Program is a scam!!! They will bill your insurance 5x more than their normal rate and expect you to pay the copayment. In the end you end up paying the same as if you didn’t have insurance while workit health reaps the benefit both sides. Stay away this program!!!! Also read their yelp reviews. ### 1/5 — Zero help on the weekends *2026-01-18, version 4.3.4* If you happen to run out of medicine on a weekend good luck you’re gonna have to deal with it as there’s nobody there to help you. ### 1/5 — Kicking me out over insurance *2025-11-17, version 4.1.8* Apparently, if you don’t have active insurance, they won’t accept you even if you can pay out-of-pocket with a valid credit card. They also force you to do group therapy. ### 1/5 — Just no *2025-04-19, version 3.9.6* I was in the program for 5 months. I rarely had the same Np for apts and could not have been less personable. I had an insurance change and they had NO interest in attempting to work with my insurance company so that I could continue coverage. The insurance company and myself called multiple time to the main office only to be talked to horribly and or not answer at all. My insurance company however helped me find bicycle which is AMAZING. No issues with insurance I get the same NP everytime. Literally ZERO issues and they actually care about you rather then what you can pay them. If you care about your mental health and sobriety do NOT use Workit. ### 1/5 — Cooperate money grab *2025-01-03, version 3.6.0* This is a pill mill but in suboxone form. 10 minute doctor visits with 10 patients in a “group” visit. Plus they rip you and your insurance off. 300 cash deal per month. But if you have insurance it’s only 600 cash a month. Disgusting service and people that work there don’t care about you or your sobriety. ### 1/5 — PRIVACY NOT PROTECTED! *2024-08-03, version 3.5.5* If you don’t like privacy this is a great place. I was with them since they started and followed the program very good. Then they changed their policy and you have to do your medical appointments with a huge group. Even though I have anxiety issues, and had my counselor advise me what to do. It saddens me after being with a doctor so long. They told me I had to do group or found another doctor. SO DONT GET COMFORTABLE IF YOU THINK YOUR GOING TO HAVE A ONE ON ONE. ### 1/5 — Greedy, Fly by Night Operation *2023-05-24, version 3.1.0* Like the majority of MAT “clinics” this system was made simply so that greedy people can capitalize on peoples plight and, though you may be lucky enough to be assigned a doctor that seems to actually care about your health, it’s obvious that this company as a whole doesn’t care whatsoever about their patients. Just like the previous clinic I came from, Workit suddenly decided to close up shop in my state with very little notice or support for finding and transitioning to another MAT provider. Thankfully, because this has happened to me before, I decided to take less and aggressively taper my suboxone doses down, despite Workit’s doctors insistence that I remain on my prescribed dose. If I had followed their instructions, I would be in full withdrawals right now because I would have ran out without any way of getting a refill several days ago. One thing I majorly regret now is that I was too honest with doctor and asked them to keep prescribing lower doses. I should have just told them I was steady on 8mg rather than having them reduce me down to 4 and then 2mg. I’ve tapered myself down to .5mg and have made the last prescription last just barely long enough to get setup at a new clinic. They simply shut off my account and I’m unable to login to speak with anyone. I called their phone number to explain that no refill was given to support me, despite my requesting it prior to the sudden clinic shut down while I go through the several week long process just to get into another clinic. It seems only logical that the last 30 day prescription I was given (over 40 days ago) obviously means I would have ran out immediately just after they shut off services to my state. I was told that someone would reach out to me and here I am without anyone helping me. On top of this, on several occasions, they sent the wrong prescription fill date, or never sent the prescription at all after an appointment, then abruptly shut off all messaging or ability to communicate to anyone for assistance. Instead, they’re messaging app gives you a phone number that simply says to hang up and call 911. Imagine being left all weekend without being able to get your meds filled when you’re already in withdrawal. These people don’t care. I’m so tired of greedy businesses capitalizing on people who are suffering badly and just looking for help. These are people’s lives that are at stake here and many of them are holding out from full on life destroying relapse because of this medication. Get your act together Workit! You don’t just leave people out to dry like this! ### 1/5 — Do not use!! *2023-05-15, version 3.1.0* This is the worst telehealth app. I was with them for 2 years, and they basically never give you appointments with a counselor/therapist. I think in my 2 years with them I was given maybe 3 appointments with a counselor. Then there’s the provider, half the time she forgot to put my medications in for the pharmacy and I would have to wait weeks for my prescription, literal weeks! That didn’t “work” for me. Also, the fact that they cancelled services in California, and didn’t give me any notice until a week before they officially close down. So instead of trying to help me out and maybe refer me to another place where I could get my medication, they instead just blocked my account and will not respond back to any emails I’ve sent them. This app does not care about you, you’re just another number to them. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — I know where I would be if I didn’t find Work-It… *2026-08-14, version 4.7.2* That is either in complete active addiction or six feet under. This program makes it very easy to keep on track with your recovery. Before starting this program, I never believed I would find the help I needed—but then I came across this app, and I’ve been completely blown away. My doctor is incredible and genuinely cares about every patient. The entire community has been so supportive and uplifting. I’m beyond grateful for this program and the amazing people who are part of it. I thank God every day for leading me here. I couldn’t recommend this program more and if you are struggling please give it a shot! I had been with the same clinic for years, and when they abruptly shut down with almost no notice, it completely turned my world upside down. I was stressed, anxious, and absolutely terrified I wouldn’t be able to find treatment. I even thought I had found another doctor, only to realize it was basically a scam. Other places I contacted wanted me to come in for daily dosing or had very outdated, one-size-fits-all programs, which just wasn’t the right fit for me. I was nervous to try a completely virtual program, but I’m so glad I did. The entire process has been easy and organized. Monthly appointments are done virtually in a small group setting, which was definitely different from what I was used to. At first I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about it since I’m a pretty private person, but I’ve actually come to enjoy hearing how others are doing and being able to share experiences if I want to. They also have a care coaches, peer support, and other great resources available if you need them. Drug screens are straightforward, prescriptions have always been sent on time, and communication has been excellent. Most importantly, I feel like they meet people where they are instead of treating everyone exactly the same. If you’re feeling overwhelmed because you’re trying to find a new provider or you’ve had a bad experience elsewhere, I hope this review gives you a little hope. Taking the chance on Workit was one of the best decisions I’ve made, and I’m incredibly grateful I found them. I’ve been in recovery programs on and off for just over 15 years. The constant threat of having to physically make it to weekly or more appointments to be able stay in treatment is a thing of the past with Workit. The providers and staff work with you and your schedule to make sure you’re getting the treatment that you need to have the quality of life that’s best for you. I’ve been dropped from treatment by other programs in the past because I simply had to reschedule appointments. It’s cruel and terrifying to not have stability just because you’re busy. Stability is not an issue with Workit. Their Staff has always been incredibly quick to respond and help me with my situation. My medical provider has truly gone far above expectations to meet me where I am in my recovery journey. I can’t imagine choosing any other treatment option at this point in my life. It seems as though my recovery is the main thing in the entire teams world and I know that sounds ridiculous but I know I can reach out to them at any time and be taken care of.
